They didn’t offer breakfast with my stay Curtains didn’t close all the way, was on highway side of building, road traffic was so load it was like having a window open listening to it

The doors need attention. They wouldn't close/latch/lock without us slamming the door a few times. Other rooms had the same issue. The bathroom door stuck shut we we couldn't get out. Laminate is warping. Just all around terrible and unsafe.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Chicken Cobb Salad from Saloon was very good. Overall hotel price was very reasonable. Bathroom door did not shut at all. AC vent had an odor. Could not find an area to sit outside (patio area?)

Breakfast was excellent, Grand Buffet was outstanding, staff very friendly Main elevator out of service. Partner handicapped so caused big problem. Otherwise would have given excellent rating for everything

There was a gentleman I was talking to in the elevator in the hallway that works there and he was extremely friendly and kind. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name now. He wore glasses and I’m not sure if he was Maintenance, but he had tools and a ladder. He had comment on my tennis shoes I had on he said he really liked them. August 5th.

Tv and phone didn't work. Mislead us about breakfast. Thought it was free. Had to pay for it.

The staff was friendly and the location was great. There was construction going on which is making for a better experience so it’s not really a negative response just visually unappealing in certain floors.

The staff was excellent. Best Hotel staff ever. Professional, helpful and accommodating My room was switched from a king suite to 2 queens without notice. Also morning breakfast was not free as advertised but $15 per person weekdays and more on the weekenrds
