Comfort Inn Hammond I-94

There was a bit of mold and rust in the bathroom. That was not great. Overall, met our needs in a pinch for the area.

Very clean. Good place for a crash and dash we did not get a chance to check out the breakfast as it ended at nine.

It was ok. Nothing exceptional about it. Clean and beds were ok

Location and patience of staff

The hotel is awkwardly located. Questioning the 'wonderful' rating. You might do well choosing another location.

Near the highway. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The room had a musky smell unfortunately. I also drew the short straw so was next to the ice machine and the environmental staff. So there was lots of activity outside our door first thing in the morning.

The facility was in a good price range and right near the highway. The staff was friendly and the food was great. The facility was not clean and in many instances of disrepair. The parking lot and front entrance was covered in trash, dirty clothes, and dead plants. The entry way in on a steep slope into a dark lobby. The rooms and halls smelled like mold and 5 of the lightbulbs in the room did not work. The pool was filthy, water was murky, and had hair and trash floating in it.

My room 104 was dirty. From dirty and spotty sheets to the trash under the bed. We even had mold all over the shower. I literally went to the dollar store bout cleaner and shower shoes.

I arrived at 10 pm and had a very difficult time finding the entrance to the facility.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay. The hotel was extremely clean. Each time I left the room, someone was mopping and cleaning! The bed was so comfortable; I slept like I was at home! All the staff were friendly. I don't eat breakfast early, but the coffee was good! We would definitely stay there again.

Pool and location was not bad the parking lot needs some TLC Bathtub in room, tile in tub looked like black mold , some furniture needs to be replaced, air conditioner made loud noise, found lots of hair everywhere towels floor.

Bed was not that comfortable.

Good hotel, looks like recently renovated. Did not use much of amenities due to a short stay.

Clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Ample parking. I was worried about the potential of bedbugs but no issues at all. Highly recommended.
