The only issue was my door would not lock. I reached out to the front door and she was able to switch my room.

We checked in here after the Hampton Inn in Hammond had no room to switch rooms and a very whiny ac… we were very pleasantly impressed by the comfy beds. The breakfast had good options, and the pool was a comfortable temp for my skinny son who is always too cold in hotel pools. Great stay and affordable!

The hotel staff we very courteous and helpful and the hotel was clean and the room smelled pleasant when we arrived which was nice as my wife is very sensitive to odors. Ultimately I found the hotel to be one of the nicer affordable options in the area just be sure to know there is ZERO chance you can change your reservation if your booking has the no cancellation clause.

Another couple of comments talked about a smell of weed, or the place being dirty. Neither was an issue. The room itself smelled like broccoli, although my daughter thought it smelled more like a reptile cage. A/C helped but didn't remove it entirely. I can see why the bathroom looked like it had been through the war, because the vent fan didn't work. After a shower, the room took hours to get free of the moisture. The Internet was a mess. After being forced to watch a video to get it to work, the Internet crawled and was unusable, completely unacceptable in 2026.

The staff was friendly, but some areas were just dirty. My bathtub appeared dirty, it seemed like it was permanent stains, but still should not be allowed to look that way. Huge cobwebs in the windows in the breakfast area, I don't know how the staff could not see them. There was also a half opened bottle of vodka in the room refrigerator, admittedly it was not very visible from a standing position, but it does kind of lend itself to the fact that I don't think there is a lot of attention to detail when it comes to cleaning.

Hotel was fine for a short stay. One big negative was the room was very damp and humid. Everything from bedding to our clothes felt damp. So much moisture in the air.

Well they cancelled my room because I was on the plane and they couldn't reach me, even after speaking with their front desk that morning to let them know my flight was delayed. The room was ok, it did have a bunch of flies inside upon check-in.

Room was in need of repair; dresser missing a knob, chair was torn up, graffiti was all over the fire escape map on the back of the door, carpet fraying badly. Breakfast was good however there were some pretty thick cobwebs (most likely still active webs) in the corners of the windows in the dining area. We just needed a place to stay for one night that had availability on short notice but I won’t be searching for Comfort Inns in the future.

I’d describe the room as swampy. The humidity in the room was very high. The breakfast waffles were good.

The staff very friendly and helpful. It could use some upgrades but overall it's ok.

We had 4 rooms and all were dusty, a bit dirty with finger prints on everything, light bulbs burnt out, rust in the bathroom by the lights and no bathroom fan for showering. It was a bit musty when you came into the lobby, but that could be from the pool which was just off the lobby. Could use some TLC and upgrades. We didn’t eat breakfast but a few grabbed coffee and said it looked like a good selection.

Our room was so humid that everything felt wet. It was so gross!!! I don't know what caused it but it was disgusting and extremely uncomfortable. Really, for $300 for one night, I expect the room to at least be comfortable. Also, there are carpet squares in the entrance that are coming up which are a tripping hazard; especially for someone on crutches such as my best friend. I will never stay at this property again. The only positives were the front desk clerk who was very friendly and the woman working in the kitchen who was helpful to me.

Rooms were a little outdated with a somewhat musty smell but clean. We could hear the shower next door very loudly. Thought it was going to be an issue but it wasn’t. Ample parking. Staff was nice enough but seemed to be distracted each time I went to the front desk but helpful though.
