Very clean and staff was nice

Nice quiet and safe. Enjoyed my 5 night stay.

Dirty bathroom, requested an ADA and was told I could not be accommodated. WiFi did not work my entire stay as well

The front desk staff at this property was very rude and not accommodating with any issues that happened at the hotel. When requesting management they refuse to contact. On my last day, I was able to reach management and they try to accommodate some of the issues that we had. But definitely staff need to go through training to improve customer service. I will not pick this location again.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the TVs aren't set up to where you can hook up your video game console onto it. My console wouldn't even connect to the wifi.The front desk didn't seem to care enough to put effort into figuring it out either and had to buy a portable monitor so my son and I can play. If you're a gamer and/or have kids who are into video games, dint stay here. Otherwise, it's fine.

Room had toothpaste splattered on the mirror, someone’s hair all over the floor in the bathroom, huge stains on the walls, used tissue in the toilet. I tried to flush it and the toilet didn’t seem to want to flush I tried3 times and it finally went down and the phone in the room had some sort of grease all over it and was never cleaned. Very disgusting!! Also it was right by the expressway and traffic was down to one lane due to construction and there was a very loud constant banging noise every time a vehicle passed. I talked to the front desk and they were very rude and said that everyone knows that it’s close to the expressway and refused to refund me. I had been at a family member’s home and had dog fur on my shirt and was being what felt like interrogated by the woman at the front desk telling me I don’t have a pet with me right and all kinds of accusations. Won’t be coming back ever!!! I went to the next town over and that place was very nice even if I had to pay a little more it was worth it. FAIRFIELD IS TRASH!!!

Good place to stay for one night, convenient by the highway.

The suite. It was spacious. There was a lot of kids this weekend and all they were doing was running through the halls. So it was loud

When we got to the room we couldn’t use the TV. I had to throw away my food because the fridge stop working it was hot inside the fridge. so I didn’t think the food from Kentucky fried chicken was safer to eat. and the juices safe to drink after it was so warm in the fridge. I requested a late check the lady at the front desk said she could honor it. Until 1 pm, But I arrive back at about 12:15 and could not get in the room where all my things. I didn’t have a microwave in the room that was very inconveniently. on Saturday morning there was not enough breakfast cook for the many people staying there. you gotta do better.

Not so clean and old building. Has a smell on the 4th floor

My family was visiting from Florida. Fairfield was great, cleanliness, respectful, very helpful. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Constance ran breakfast and she was Amazing. We will be back real soon.

Good property and I would recommend.

Booked a King size room. Arrived bed dirty hair on the pillows and in the sheets. Went to ask staff at the desk for another room. Stated they were all gone. Which the next morning found out that was not correct. Asked for clean sheets to change the bedding myself. Was given a full fitted sheet. Had to tell the front desk girl this is not the right size. Horrible service would not recommend.

I believe they were having some type of little league baseball championship, so when I arrived at the property, they had given the room that I wanted and needed away and told me that whoever had the room was there before me. I asked them how and why would or could you give a room away that was reserved and paid for? She said sorry, we were overbooked, I will try to get you in another one. It took them at least a half an hour or more to get me another one. During the stay, the water was cold, yes, we had to take a bath or shower in lukewarm water and it looked like dog hair was in the pool. When we got ready to check out, they tried to charge my son for some items that was charged to someone else's room, then she found out it was a mistake. If I can help it, I will not stay at this particular hotel again
