Clean room. Amazing staff. Easy access to highway.

Love the clean rooms

The room was clean and fresh. The bathroom door was a little broken. The hinges had come undone. After usual the restroom i figured out that the very low toilet probably had something to do with it.

Friendly front desk representative and clean room ! The halls were a little dark though. Great stay ! The halls were dark and they didn’t have c-port charging port.

There was a party going on during our stay. The kids that were part of this party were extremely rude: 8 kids under the age of 13 unsupervised by an adult in the pool area, hitting each other with wet towels they were putting in the pool, every other word out of their mouths was a curse word, during breakfast they were purposely over filling the cups for waffles and the parents just stood there and watched, they were arguing in the halls at 12am and running up and down the halls. The room was clean and nice. The staff was great, besides not addressing the trouble makers. We paid $200 for a one night stay and we weren’t able to enjoy the common areas.

I didn’t get the room the area didn’t look like a safe place.

Everything was great! Thanks

The suite was spacious, clean and quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The neighboring room had a party that went on throughout the entire night, making it difficult to get any rest. In addition, the bathroom had an unpleasant odor that never fully went away during my stay. To make matters worse, the TV and cable continuously shut off every 10 minutes while I was trying to watch a show. It appeared to be a satellite or cable issue, which was extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to relax and ended up just getting through the weekend rather than enjoying it. My stay at Residence Inn by Marriott was disappointing. While the suite was clean, the neighboring room had a loud party all night, making it hard to rest. The bathroom also had an unpleasant smell, and the TV kept shutting off every 10 minutes due to a cable issue. Unfortunately, I couldn’t relax during my stay.

The location of the hotel, the fact that it had it indoor pool that was operating and the breakfast was good and offered choices that would satisfy the vast majority. I didn't like the check-in process it was long and lengthy that should required a lot of signing papers and initialing this and that despite having booking information available to view. The room was not as spacious as residence inn I guess courtyard that offered two bedrooms that were together join but had the living quarters and kitchen is what separated the two bedrooms so I'm not sure if that layout provided more space but the space wasn't what I expected nor were the furnishings - they reminded me of college decor. There were children that were loud and they had them on each floor which impacted everyone that was traveling and lodging there. It would have helped if they had travelers that had kids all in the same floor or sort of in the same location. The breakfast was good but the size was small. It was like a very small kitchen yet buffet style so if you're getting something on one end there's someone right behind you that may actually be a centimeter from touching you because the other items are directly behind you so it was as if you had to shuffle through the area to get the breakfast items.

When we got to the room, we put our stuff in and had to immediately leave for my daughter’s tournament. We got back to the hotel and realized we had no towels, only washcloths. Not ideal when my daughter had just spent 6 hours playing volleyball. We went down to the desk and were told there were no towels at all anywhere. No towels in pool area either. The room was not very clean, the sheets were dirty on main bed and when pulling out the couch bed there was a huge orange stain right in the middle of the topper. The wash clothes also had hair on them. Next morning we went down and breakfast had little food and we had to ask if more was coming out, which it did, but was a lot for one person to manage that and desk and various requests. We again asked about towels and were told they were in the dryer. How was no laundry done at night for towels? We were told they would be brought to our room, which they were not, and we finally got them at 10:15AM. Checkout was scheduled for 11:00. They did let us check out late so we could shower. Water was cold when we tried though so that was unfortunate. Staff both mornings were nice and I felt they were trying but hotel was struggling to keep up with being filled the night before. I would not return here.
