The staff was friendly and helpful. Great amenities, the room was clean and spacious. Loved the lake view! The neighborhood has shopping and food nearby.

Overall cleanliness was acceptable, but we did notice some missed areas, including old condiment packets, cereal pieces, and crumbs around the couch, near the windows, and inside the pull-out sofa mattress. Our biggest concern was the pull-out sofa. We booked a two-bedroom suite expecting it to comfortably accommodate two additional guests, but the mattress was worn, extremely springy, and broken. While the team was responsive and provided extra blankets to improve comfort, the sofa bed was still very uncomfortable and truly needs to be replaced. Overall, our stay was decent. With a little more attention to detail in cleaning and some updates to the aging furniture, the guest experience would improve significantly.

The bathroom door was a little broken. The hinges had come undone. After usual the restroom i figured out that the very low toilet probably had something to do with it.

Friendly front desk representative and clean room ! The halls were a little dark though. Great stay ! The halls were dark and they didn’t have c-port charging port.

Nothing It wasn’t clean, it was not quite it had broke curtains and shower curtain just loud

There was a party going on during our stay. The kids that were part of this party were extremely rude: 8 kids under the age of 13 unsupervised by an adult in the pool area, hitting each other with wet towels they were putting in the pool, every other word out of their mouths was a curse word, during breakfast they were purposely over filling the cups for waffles and the parents just stood there and watched, they were arguing in the halls at 12am and running up and down the halls. The room was clean and nice. The staff was great, besides not addressing the trouble makers. We paid $200 for a one night stay and we weren’t able to enjoy the common areas.
