The carpet and sofa was dirt and wore out the whole building needs to deep cleaned and it smells

The hotel was nice and it is in a good area right off the freeway. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that one of the elevators was out of order on a weekend when the hotel was full. We waited 5 minutes for the elevator and finally decided to take the stairs down from the 3rd floor. Also, the pool entrance was right next to the elevator so the floor going to the elevator and the floor in the elevator was constantly wet. The hotel did have a large fan drying the floor but it wasn't really helping much. My hats off to the 2 young men who were mopping the floors. Their whole day must have consisted of mopping the floor because each time I saw them that's what they were doing. Aside from the elevator problem and the wet floors it was okay.

Big room. Was very clean. It was very quiet. I actually slept like a baby. Thank you for a great stay.

So I had recently stayed downtown Miami, Florida at a very expensive hotel and it was a nightmare after experiencing my stay at the Holiday Inn. I wish I would’ve found this hotel in Miami as well when I say I can really go on and on about how much I really like the Holiday Inn I really enjoyed everything about it!

The rooms were clean, just need a little maintenance. Light bulbs out in mirror in 1 room and windows had fingerprints in another room of our party. Would stay again.

It's a dated hotel it needs some work. My room 303 is a pett friendly room and their are pet.waste stains in the carpet. Rooms smells horrible.

Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and hot as usual.The room was extremely clean and comfortable. I always have a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express.
