My card was charged for more than what room was. They cancelled my room due to preauthorization charge not going through. I never had hotel to charge my card before getting to hotel.

This hotel improved from several months ago. Room was cleaner and the towels provided were clean. The breakfast was also improved, and as far as I could see, over three days, they did not routinely run out of anything and the food was fresh. The location is very good, right off the freeway in Hammond.

Nice clean hotel. Did have couple maintenance problems but the staff was great and looking to fix problems right away. Will stay there again.

It was a slightly sub average property Mildew in the shower, dirt in the shower, dingy floor, dryer out of service, pillow cover was dry and rough, many breakfast items out of stock.

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean as well as the breakfast area. The attendance made sure the tables were clean and the counters for the food and coffee. Only negative, the hand sanitizer dispenser was out and the food tongs should not be in the Chafering dishes with the food, but on a serving dish near the chafer. Other than that, excellent, thanks!
