There very clean here . My room was comfortable with extra towels plus I had plenty of hand soap , shampoo ,conditioner and body wash . I will be back ☺️

This is my second time staying at this hotel. First time, great. Second time...not good at all. My daughter and I stayed here in September 2026. We booked for 2 nights. Everything was fine until the next morning when she discovered bed bugs in her bed. A few of them! So, we definitely didn't want to stay another night. I booked through a third party, so of course the hotel could not issue a refund directly to me. We went back and forth with the third party and the hotel manager for two hours because we later found out that we could get a refund, it's just that the hotel doesn't want to go through the hassle of dealing with the third party. They offered me a certificate for a night at any other hotel, I have yet to get it. Long story short, I haven't heard anything from the hotel manager..who took down my phone number. No call, no email..nothing. However that doesn't surprise me because she didn't even act like she cared. She didn't apologize or anything. She did what managers do...ran. So, I will be going as high up the chain I can within Hilton Hotels directly. She needs more training on how to show empathy towards guest. Especially when it's THEIR issue. Never staying here again.

The rest of the room as very nice and offered plenty of room as if you were at home. Staff was nice and even came to the room to try and fix the shower head but with no success.

In room 500 the mattress is worn out, my husband and I would sink into the middle , didn’t have a good night sleep. The attendant wasn’t very attentive to our needs. I approached him in the morning regarding the decaf coffee being lukewarm warm.

The room and the communication with me about my stay during my stay. Nothing. My onky complaint was the construction on the highway made it difficult at times to navigate.

Breakfast was good, great location across from outlet shops!

Clean towels and bed. Breakfast was very good, featuring a variety of rolls and bread plus a sausage patty, flat egg disc, and cheese to make-your-own breakfast sandwich. Parking right outside the hotel. Convenient location close to the freeway.

front desk (black lady with short hair) is super impatient and mean to young kids during breakfast. we will NEVER stay there anymore.

Beautifully modern and well-maintained property. Staff was friendly and everything was perfect.
