Before checking in and asked if the pool is working, they told me yes after checking in they close the pool for the entire weekend after I had already paid and checked in for three days

Excellent staff and clean facilities. But our room had a mattress that was horrible. Like sunken in the middle. We felt like we were sleeping on a hill. It was not good. Staff was aware of the situation. We really should have been compensated somehow.

The stay was pleasant and the room was clean and the staff was wonderful. However, the only issue I had was the bed was not comfortable at all. The mattress was old and needed replaced. When I slept on it, I rolled into the middle of the bed. The springs in the mattress then had its last days. I informed the front desk and unfortunately the hotel was fully booked and was unable to get me another room. Overall, the hotel was nice.
