Courtyard by Marriott Chicago Southeast/Hammond

Rooms were space and we'll equipped. Tha bathrooms could benefit from some updates

Staff members were very helpful and nice.

What a great stay! Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Temp was great in the room. Nice to have real glasses in the room. We could hear kids and doors closing in the hallway in the morning but couldn’t hear freeway at night. Location was perfect because of easy access to freeway. Check in was great! … even tho she wasn’t a Dodger fan. lol. Amy, was so helpful in the morning. She made perfect coffees. Great food in their “market”. The only negative was that our body wash was out in the shower. But they did have soap available. Overall we were very happy to stay there and would stay there again.

They were great and I love how they had a little dinner with a bar down stairs for our convenience the pool was also very fun for us

The balcony’s They let too many construction workers stay there and take up all the room and then my price goes up 60-80$ because the workers stay there forever they need to got to air bnbs so people can use the hotels when traveling for short business trips/vacations

Staff was all super nice and great to deal with. Rooms were nice. The bathrooms definitely need updating. The tub was stained and the curtain rod was broken. Overall good place for the money but definitely need to do something about the bathrooms.

The convenience of the location. There was a bug problem in my room !

Staff was friendly. I was asked how my day was going at check in and also asked by staff in passing how everything with my room was. Comfortable bed, cozy atmosphere. Would stay here again.

This hotel is a great stay. Stayed twice on two different occasions. Little outdated. Bathroom needs a make over.

So, my husband and I run away from the children and the grandchildren at least once a month. We always come here the staff is excellent if there is a problem they will fix it. It’s clean and the food at bistro is pretty good. There is variety of things to do in the area love this Marriott

This is my go to hotel when traveling to the area. Rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. Many, if not all, have been remodeled. The staff is always super nice! Amy, the manager, was quick to resolve a minor charge that was due to be refunded from a prior visit. Appreciate you all. See you next time!

Bed was nice. Room was clean. Bistro in the lobby had very delicious breakfast burritos. Was a little overpriced considering the number of similar hotels right next to it for $30 cheaper.

The Bistro staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and very tasty.
