Air conditioner was extremely noisy…room was tired…furnishings were old and scratched. Asked to be moved to another room and was denied

Breakfast understaffed and food poorly maintained. Lots of people, no where to sit, no one to open overflow area!

Hampton Inn, staff was pleasant and friendly. The location was perfect for what I had planned very convenient.

We loved our stay the only thing was the builders of the hotel lmao, like the faucet was in such a weird spot that it’s hard to wash your hands lol also the shower head isn’t very powerful

The breakfast was well-maintained and staffed, kept clean and overall pretty good. The room was clean and all staff friendly. There were a few times the front desk had no one there, although that was temporary. Staff that was there was efficient and friendly. We would stay there again.

Location is seriously in need of an upgrade or total house cleaning. Desk employee barely spoke during the registration and seemed bothered to do the registration.

Staff was friendly. Not provided with enough towels, sheets, pillows for our party to use sofa bed. Noticed lots of guests having to come ask for towels for their rooms. Room needed more attention for cleanliness, and had pieced-together, mismatched sofa sections that were not in good repair. Lots to eat for breakfast with nice variety. Stayed at same hotel in Munster that was identical, but much better cared for and clean. A little disappointed.

Left over hair and certain areas were not clean.

My bed was held together by an L bracket connected to the bed rail. The metal rail sticking out was covered by the bed sheet. I walked by and gashed open my leg. I went to the front desk to get a band aid. The desk person, Victor said the hotel does not keep band aids on hand because people steal them? I asked if they had a first aid kit and Victor tossed a kit empty of band aids on the counter. I was forced to walk towards the Holiday Inn across the street whenI I believe a maintenance worker got one out of his car or found one somewhere in the hotel. I can’t believe I split open my leg by the Hotels negligent bed frame and the front desk could care less and couldn’t be bothered to help me.

Hey I arrived and the guy at front desk charged me the accidental fee which I know is always mandatory but after checking out and leaving I realized he charged me two different transactions one $75.00 and one $250.00 I had to contact Expedia to help me get my refund I’m not sure how he did that and didn’t let me know what he was charging me for aside from the accidental fee

AC worked well but was noisy when turning off. Breakfast was fine, liked the patriotic strawberry waffles with red white and blue sprinkles, nice touch, along with eggs, sausage, and the scones were different and good! I was quite full after breakfast which ended at 10am. I'd stay again if in the area and recommend to others. It is a nice property. The only other issue I had was when going to breakfast, on my floor there were two housekeepers waiting for elevator, each needed one with their cart, and I had to wait for Elevator to come 3 times to finally get in. They didn't engage, talk, say hi, or let guests go ahead of them.

We had 3 people in our room and had to ask twice for an additional set of towels. When we got home we checked our credit card and we were charged twice for the room and $75 on one charge for a hold. We spoke with our credit card company and they removed the addition charge, We tried to speak to the Hampton Inn but received no assistance.
