Wingate by Wyndham Harrisburg Near Hershey

Had a not pleasing smell on our room. Paint was peeling off the wall. Shower head was falling off the wall. The room Didn’t not come with laundry bags. Needs to be updated

The bathroom had what appeared to be black mold around the tub and in the ceiling over the tub.

There was nothing about my experience that I liked. We checked in very late because we were at a concert. I had called the hotel ahead of time and let them know and they had told me no problem. They said as long as I was there by 2AM I would be fine. We got there right before 12AM and they told me that the room I had booked with 2 Queen beds was given away. They ended giving us a room with 1 Queen bed and one of us ended up sleeping on the couch that was in the room. The whole experience was awful!

Quiet They don’t have a pool they have a hot tub that’s “kid friendly” but if they get to loud the staff tells them to be quiet. The WiFi is in and out. Not a good experience

Bathroom definitely in need of update. Shower was less than adequate. Water came out of shower head as well as bath faucet when taking a shower. Bath faucet was extremely loose which caused excessive water in tub when taking a shower. . Bathroom sink faucet squirted water everywhere when you turned it on. Sink also had corrosion around inner rim. Getting into bathroom was awkward. Door is very large and takes up half the bathroom. Hard to maneuver getting into and out of very small bathroom. Definitely not conducive for a large person or handicapped person.

July 4th 2026 it rained put out the lights at the hotel no one told me anything on what to do my wife could not climb the stairs so we had to spend the night in my car very unhappy

Best kept secret in harrisburg. High end hotel at a fraction of the price

Front desk was very professional Had to ask for towels at front desk second day since housekeeping did not exchange towels after having left dirty towels outside of room.

I rented three rooms for my family and I. Rooms were dirty, smelled of mildew, one smelled like someone just had Chinese food there, another had hair on the pillow and vomit on bed skirt. Third room had some white powder smeared all over the front door. I'm hoping to get a refund, as management supposedly wasn't in the day of my check in.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was meh.

Overall the place wasn’t terrible but the room was so humid that everything felt wet. Your clothes felt wet when you’d put them on, the rug felt wet. I can just imagine how much mold is hidden in there with how much moisture is in the air.

I give it 5 stars very friendly staff it’s was close to Hershey park very clean when I seen something wrong in my room, took a picture of the staff. They wrote it down and describe it on a piece of paper so they don’t charge me for something I didn’t do. They took care of it right away. Really if I could give them a an eight star rating I would
