After the 4 July storm , we arrive on the hotel and we find out No power. We ask for a refund and the hotel decline to give us a refund because there policy !!!!!!!

Should be ready with backup plan in some case of discontinuation of any routine or mandatory utility.

I like the breakfast. I don't like the Air conditioning, need to be replaced or maybe fixed.

Very nice location and great staff who were nice and helpful

This was an okay spot for what we needed which was just somewhere to rest a few hours. The icemaker on our floor and pool were both closed. The carpets in the hallway were worn as was the overall appearance of the bathroom. The hallways were very strong smelling of room deodorizer or cleaner. The elevator had something spilt in it which remained there the entire morning. The breakfast was overcrowded and was out of everything including plates. Parking was good.

Staff was very nice and helpful.

Like lipstick on a pig. Cheap updates made to an already outdated property. Paper thin towels and sheets. The 2nd floor was under construction. Had to move from a room on that floor. The room smelled damp and musty, like air hadn’t circulated in it for over a year. The front desk staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating.

Has easy Parking clean room and building air conditioning in 203 was cold as hack so that was good

Terrible smell. We did not get our refund either and after several attempts we received an e-mail indicating that the hotel could not be reached for resolution. Terrible experience.

Hotel looks great from the outside, and even the lobby looks good but the rooms at least on the second floor seemed to be in a transition period, which usually wouldn’t bother me but there was black fabric particles all over the bed and hair on the pillow. Also rust spots in the bath tub that had some sharp edges. Hopefully the renovation improves these deficiencies.

Had to retrieve your own trash bag at the front desk Outdated very outdated can't even have an outlet to charge your phone or tablet electronic equipment that's important in the time we live in Service was not good

This room was full of mold and have not been maintenance what so ever. I did not stay in this room at all

Breakfast was dried out and not good , the waffle batter did not work. And everything else was just poorly done.

Couldn’t use the shower-it was so disgusting. Air conditioning barely worked. Had to buy pillows at Walmart-they only gave us 2 of the tiniest, lumpiest pillows for 4 people and had no more when I asked. Hallway walls deteriorated and wires hanging out of the walls. Smelled horrendous. Couldn’t have been worse.

when we checked in, I asked what time breakfast was and he said to look on the room key holder and it would tell me. I asked again and he told me the same thing. I just thought it was strange he couldn't just tell me. He evidently, couldn't read English. He had a Spanish speaking accent. I asked about towels, and he said to bring the wet wones down every day and he would provide us with new ones. Our daughter and daughter-in-law were in a separate room next door. My daughter, Rene" went to take a shower that night and fell in the tub while taking a shower. It was slippery. She went down to report it and the guy at the desk said that the hotel wasn't responsible for any dr bills. She asked for a mat for the tub and he thought she wanted a bath mat for the floor. She had to explain it was for the tub and he said they don't provide that. The shower curtain came down when Rene" fell and he said maybe one would be available when the wash was done. The guy at the desk just had no comprehension of the whole problem. When my husband went down the next day, there were no towels. All he could get were 2 very thin bath towels. So, that left us without any hand towels or washcloths for us. Thank God we were only there for 2 nights. I would recommend you take them off your list of hotels.

Expected the hot time to be working got there it was drained went to our room. Bed were not comfortable. Paint was chipping off the walls. Floor was still dirty. We never rent there again.

The hotel was a little on the "tired" side, but otherwise OK. However, I had a room across from some loud young people...almost too young to be in a hotel alone. From 12mid night to 3:30 am, they were carrying on, on and off. At 3:30 I called the manager who visited with them and said she'd put them out. At breakfast she told me someone else complained and ANOTHER person overhead and said that they kept them up as well. It was a Saturday night and I needed the rest after a long day on the road. You cannot discriminate of course, but this seems to be a constant problem for me in hotel at this price range.

The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was satisfactory. However, some of the fruit, particularly the apples, appeared old and unappealing. The most significant concern was the condition of the property. The second floor appeared to be undergoing repairs, but the hallways and even the guest room had a noticeable musty odor. In addition, the bathroom ceiling had peeling paint, which gave the room a worn and poorly maintained appearance. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were quite firm, and there was no extra sheet available in the room. While the hotel fulfilled its basic purpose and the location is very convenient, the overall condition of the facilities did not reflect the quality I expected. This property has great potential, and with improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, room presentation, and attention to detail, it could offer a much more attractive and memorable experience for guests. I encourage management to invest in these areas, as the location is a strong advantage and the hotel could become a much more competitive and appealing choice for travelers.
