Wingate by Wyndham Harrisburg Near Hershey

Passable

Staff was nice and informative. It's just me but when I stay places I start itching but it's a great location and stores are within 2 to 3 miles!!

Superb

Good place. Stayed one night after going to Hershey Parking.

The bed was comfortable although they made the bed with sheets only and I had to request an actual blanket. Room size was great. Price was affordable. Plenty of parking On our last evening we saw ants by the air conditioner in our room, front desk guy said people in the lobby complained our kids were loud in the pool (he was the only person out there). Pool, 3 ft deep. Great for kids, not so much adults. Wasn’t stocked with towels. Our remotes didn’t work. We went through 2 during our stay. Child size towels only!!

Myself and my family came for a trip to Hershey Park. We had six different rooms. Three of the rooms had leaky ceilings were some of their belongings were wet. We had no towels and washcloths.

Exceptional

I stayed here for the first week and when I arrived into my room the air didn’t work. They gave me a new room and everything was fine. I went home and then booked for another week and the first night in I noticed mold all over my bed so I asked for another room and provided photos. The next room they gave me I woke up COVERED in bed bug bites. I went to urgent care and the doctor said they are definitely bug bites. So I left. When I asked for a refund, they told me nothing they could do to call booking. Thanks to booking.com I was able to get a refund.

The unit was very clean and comfortable.

nothing noteworthy

Clean, quiet, ample parking, and easy access to highways

The breakfast was good, the staff was friendly. The hotel has been updated since our last stay. The beds were comfy. The ceiling vent in the bathroom needs cleaning.

I payed a decent price for the hotel and everything seemed old and outdated...plus the pool seems to be a converted hot tub that is now just a hot tub that isn't hot.

Was clean but iron board was broken

“I’m not comfortable with the room environment. The bathroom sink is clogged, and the bathroom feels very congested with very limited space. The bed is also quite uncomfortable, so overall I’m not comfortable staying in this room.”

Excellent Excellent

Very clean and nice worth the stay

Bad

Very friendly staff. Clean room and a good hotel breakfast. Would absolutely take my family back here.
