I had a bad experience here. It seemed that nearly everything was malfunctioning or completely broken. In my room the shower wouldn’t completely turn off, the AC didn’t work properly, and the coffee maker was broken. The shower had a lot of mildew and there were candy wrappers on the floor near the bed from he last guest. On my way out, I was hoping to grab some coffee from the lobby but they had run out. One of the elevators was broken and it felt like the functioning elevator was barely working. Find somewhere else to stay!!

Only 1 elevator that works. The pool is closed for maintenance. They didn’t honor Expedia booking that has breakfast that is included.

Room wasnt cleaned properly. Call front desk 3 times and they still did not send staff to address it. Even though this is a non smoking hotel property, the hall ways smelled like smoke..Was very disappointed in the overall experience

Upon entering our room the place did not look like the photos online. There were stains on the walls, stains on the chairs (actually looked like someone had sex on the chairs), there were dead insects all over the window sill, couple dead insects in the bathroom, the ceiling of the bathroom had paint peeling bad all over, mold not properly cleaned around the sliding doors and the carpet in the room just felt dirty… so dirty that I threw the towels down on the floor to feel cleaner and when I picked up a towel there was a nasty fake eyelash stuck to the towel. Mold inside the fridge as well. I can go on and on and on. Definitely wouldn’t pay$40/night for this property and IHG should drop them immediately.

The restaurant /bar would only take cash and the chicken sandwich was a tiny frozen patty. Toilet constantly ran.

During my stay the pool was closed the entire time, the ice machine on my floor was broken, only one elevator worked and even it was malfunctioning. There was an onsite “restaurant” that charged $14 for a breakfast which consisted of the standard items you’d find at a free continental breakfast. I’ve stayed at motel 6’s that were significantly nicer.

I booked a hotel purposely because it had a pool, when we got there they said the pool was out of order those for maintenance. The breakfast was okay, it cost money, for the kids for free. The floor in the dining room was stickier than sticky and the coffee was always cold. Our room all the lamps were broken, and there was no cups or creamer and sugar for the coffee. I booked a hotel room for five people they had only three towels in them, so each day I had to ask for more towels.

This property had one of two elevators that worked. The pool was closed for maintenance. The bar area was poor. Many selections were out of stock ( vodka, beer and sodas). The staff were also dressed very casual and I would not be able to tell who was a guest vs staff. The room was clean at surface levels however corners in the bathroom had visible buildup and the shower ceilings had peeling paint. I walked past the kitchen and it looked very dirty. I saw a towel on the floor. I opted to get breakfast elsewhere because of the conditions in the bathroom. This hotel did not seem to be up to standard and I would not want to stay there again.

Common areas are visibility dirty, poorly lit, and smell like sweat and mold. Floors, furniture, fixtures, walls are all gross. Elevator buttons are even crusty and dirty. Showers and toilets in rooms are worn, broken, stained. Beds are reasonably comfortable and the carpets appeared clean. Still not worth the cost.

When we got to the hotel we found out the pool wasnt in service, the front desk said they haven't had the part since April. Only one elevator was working, so we had to wait forever to get the elevator ride, 2x we had to take the stairs because the wait was so long. The ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to go to another floor to get some, again waiting forever for an elevator. Another guest checked in the day after and said her room was not cleaned, there was trash everywhere in their room, the bed wasnt made and it was disgusting. They checked in at about 10pm and had to clean their own room. Overall very dissatisfied and will not be staying there or any other Holiday Inn again. Had I known upfront that the pool wasnt in service I wouldn't have booked there to begin with.

Room was a good size and very clean, I would stay again, only negative was the pool was closed for maintenance but that is not the property fault

The room was clean, the remote did not work for the TV, but they fixed it. In the morning I asked them to make sure we had clean towels, but I ended up having to go back down to the front desk and get the clean towels. Other than that, I would stay again, I use this hotel everything I go to Pa.

Lastly, we were there for a baseball tournament and one of our reasons for going here was that they had a pool. Kids would be hot and in need of cooling off. We arrived, checked in and were told that the pool was closed due to maintenance. It was also still closed on the 19th. I’m requesting a refund for my stay. It was clearly not worth the money l spent. Thank you Nancy Putnam

No pool when one was advertised, comforter was ripped and not replaced, very run down. Not a great experience!

Rooms were outdated, dirty and smelled. We came with a baseball team for them to swim and the pool was closed.

To make matters worse, the hotel had a strong unpleasant odor, our bed sheets were stained, the floors were sticky, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. Overall, the hotel felt poorly maintained and did not meet the expectations of the Holiday Inn Express brand. Very disappointing experience, especially considering the price we paid.
