Clean room and good breakfast

Everything was in perfect order.

This place was the typical Hampton Inn, which is a great thing.

Very clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good and parking was just fine.

The lady that checked us in was so nice and helpful. she knew we had 4 adults and a child and got us a larger room that could fit a roll away bed and offered that when we checked in. She was very helpful and nice. Keep her!!!!

Sara at the front desk welcomed us with such a wonderful warm smile and gave these weary travelers some snacks so we wouldn’t need to go out! Everything was very clean all staff very friendly and the breakfast was wonderful!! The community room was filled with all sorts of travelers that gave you a feel of comfort and friendliness will stay there again!!

We enjoyed staying here for one night after sightseeing all day. Comfortable room. There wasn't much we didn't like. It was an average overnight stop.

Pool was broken, even though still advertised. Chose the property because of that. Could not even watch the TV because it was set to Android TV or who knows what was wrong. No staff to help phone went to voicemail. Terrible service.

We called ahead at the time of the booking to ask if we could park our car on the premises earlier in the week before our booking. You were happy to confirm we could so we would proceed and make our booking. That is why we chose to stay there. When we arrived, we were told we could not park there. They asked for our hotel membership card… after giving it to her, she said thank you, you cannot park your car here prior to your stay. When our trip was extended for a day, the hotel refused to change the booking back one day. Instead of changing the booking, you cancelled the Saturday booking and then created a new booking for Sunday. That way you could keep the full payment for Saturday and resell our room since you knew we would not use the room on Saturday. Clearly customer service is a foreign language at this hotel.

The only thing was tiny!!! The tv remote… not very user friendly. Otherwise excellent stay thank you!

As usual for a Hampton Inn, the room was clean and comfortable. The front desk wasn’t just efficient but personable, happy at their job. And as memory serves correctly, the morning coffee still isn’t right. But everything else at breakfast was fine.

The property looked brand new. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and it was very close to the highway.

Huge room and bathroom, immaculately clean, bed and pillows were sooooo comfy! The staff were exceptionally nice and the complimentary breakfast was exceptional. Everything exceeded my expectations. NA, I loved everything! Too bad I was only staying one night.

location was just ok as far as surroundings, although convenient for our purposes. The room was clean and comfortable. There was no one at the counter when we got there and we had to wait for about 20 minutes for someone to arrive. I had called for an early check in and when we finally found someone to talk to we were unable to check in. It was not guaranteed that we would be able to do so but were led to believe that it would be a likely possibility.

The pool and hot tub are out of service. Not displayed on the ad.

Wish we would have known that the pool was going to be down. And we also lost power.
