Hampton Inn Helena

The only thing was tiny!!! The tv remote… not very user friendly. Otherwise excellent stay thank you!

As usual for a Hampton Inn, the room was clean and comfortable. The front desk wasn’t just efficient but personable, happy at their job. And as memory serves correctly, the morning coffee still isn’t right. But everything else at breakfast was fine.

The property looked brand new. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and it was very close to the highway.

Huge room and bathroom, immaculately clean, bed and pillows were sooooo comfy! The staff were exceptionally nice and the complimentary breakfast was exceptional. Everything exceeded my expectations. NA, I loved everything! Too bad I was only staying one night.

location was just ok as far as surroundings, although convenient for our purposes. The room was clean and comfortable. There was no one at the counter when we got there and we had to wait for about 20 minutes for someone to arrive. I had called for an early check in and when we finally found someone to talk to we were unable to check in. It was not guaranteed that we would be able to do so but were led to believe that it would be a likely possibility.

The pool and hot tub are out of service. Not displayed on the ad.

Wish we would have known that the pool was going to be down. And we also lost power.

Staff friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. Room was clean. Shower door didn’t stay closed during shower. Pillows were not comfortable. There was a power outage for several hours so I was awakened at 3:30 when suddenly everything came back on, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. I turned off the air conditioning unit because it was a bit loud and the air was too cold.

The breakfast was superb both mornings. Well your receipt say 434.00 but hotel charged 538.24. Another issue was lost power at 830 pm and didn't have power toll 0409 am. Room was hot. Laundry room had front desk personal belongings taking up washer and the one dryer. Swim pool was out of operation. When power was out front desk person couldn't find a flash light and used her bicycle to ride up and down hall with it light. I feel that this hotel needed better personel.

Hotel was clean and very comfortable and conveniently located. The pool was not available due to repairs during my stay.

Nice hotel for family stay

Room was very sparse. Accustomed to at least a few pics on the walls. This had nothing. The fridge was quite loud when it began to cool throughout the night. The website said nothing that the pool and hot tub were down. We would have found other accommodations had we known. Staff was friendly but made it clear there were signs posted around the hotel re: pool. Would have worked had we not booked ON LINE!!

Friendly, helpful staff. Easy, quick check-in. Lots of options for breakfast. Coffee usually available all day into evening. Convenient location - easy to get downtown, to other businesses, and to the airport, while not being in the center of all the activity.

Pretty decent place to stay, pool was under remodel
