Wingate by Wyndham High Point/Greensboro/Airport South

I booked this room just so I could take my grandbaby swimming, the pool was kinda small but it was perfect for my 4yr old grand daughter!! My room was very clean a spacious! The bed was very comfortable!! The fellow that checked me in was very friendly and helpful 🙂 The breakfast was ok not a whole lot to chose from but I would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay, rooms were very spacious.

The rooms are dated, and the pillows were not hotel-sized and extremely flat.

Just wasnt clean really. You get what you pay for

Old building and pricy

The room had torn carpet Had a sign at the breakfast bar that said you can not take it back to your room and it is not to go.

The hotel was great it was the air conditioner that really didn’t pump out cold air it was just cool and it was extremely hot outside but everything else was great!

Will stay next time.

The entire property is kind of run down. Shower head fell on my head and it is a good thing I was not hurt because the phone in the room did not work. I could not call for a wake up call. Did not like that there was very little lighting in the room and not any electric plugs anywhere near the bed or night stand. Phone had to be charged across the room and in the corner. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. All in all I would stay them again knowing there are not frills. If you need transfer to airport you have to give them a 24 hour notice or it will not happen.

The room wasn’t the cleanest and the shower wasn’t very good

It was fine. Breakfast was good. Skip the "pool" and there is no hot tub so don't ask. The gym has some cold water and a treadmill of that's your thing. We were there as a stop over for wet n wild. I'd do it again.

No coffee pot in room. No darkening drapes on windows and drapes on window would not close because of lack of rod.

It’s a shame. I had stayed at this facility several times in the past, but not in five years or so. What the hell happened?

Staff and breakfast is the best

The room was clean and nice for the price. Kinda luxury, but older. Still nice. Had hot and cold breakfast options. Had a fireplace with heat and the air conditioning worked well. The parking was free and convenient. I will definitely stay here again!

I must say the staff was excellent. But the actual hotel it self needs a lot of TLC. I had to move from the room I was in because of a pipe burst. Again the staff was excellent when it came to the move and all but the hotel really needs an upgrade. The sofa beds looked dirty, the tub was cracked and looked like it needed to be replaced, they also said they had a business center but it’s a desk with a computer and it’s out in the open. It’s an okay hotel but I definitely believe it needs to be renovated.
