This place is always a good time. The food at the bar are is also good and the buffet breakfast

Location to our scheduled activities The bathroom was so weird. Couldn’t open the door fully to the bathroom because the toilet was blocking it. The toilet leaked from the bottom. The carpet always felt moist. The air conditioning was extreme. Either you were freezing or you were hot. There were gnats in the bar area. There were gnats at the ice water station. Don’t get me wrong, I understand it is Florida, the doors open constantly but use a Zevo or some kind of bug deterrent.

In all my hotel stays never faced that situation. They said they were privately owned and could do this. Won't go back because of this situation.

The staff was very helpful. Their buffet breakfast was very good, lots of choices and reasonably priced. If you arrive later they have a restaurant that is open until 9 pm and the food is very good. They have a shuttle service from the airport. Call once you have your luggage. If you fly on Southwest to find their shuttle pickup go outside the terminal and turn right, go until you're almost past the building and you will see letters for the stop. Their decorations are beautiful and their pool has a waterfall. We will be back! Great overnight place to stay before your cruise.

Basic, as most of all Holiday Inns, but this is a characteristic I like: no surprises. Probably a humidity leakage, I am not sure, but the room was very bad-smelling. I did not complain, so no action was taken and nobody to be blamed, except myself.

The floor was so sticky like it was never cleaned before. I had to put shoes inside the room. Could not stand the dirty. The carpet was visible dirty spots and looked like was never vacuumed. It smelled like death.
