Holiday Inn Fort Lauderdale Airport by IHG

El hotel esta okay. Los cuartos estan muy viejos y no extra clean. Necesitan remodelacion. El aire en los pasillos del hotel estaba apagado y en el lobby estaba medio caliente. La piscina estaba limpia. He visitado mejores holiday. No fue una experiencia mala pero esperaba algo mejor.

staff was rude and nasty when mentioned finding pubic hair in bathroom and bed that was made. Obvious that they do not clean well. Manager never returned my call.

Very nice hotel and very comfortable bed. That is where the good parts stop for this review. We checked in around 8:30pm. The reservation rep was talking to someone about FPL fixing something outside, but NEVER mentioned that the rooms had no AC and no lights. Never once mentioned through the entire check in process. We get to the room and no lights and no AC. Power was not restored until midnight. Now why wouldn’t you mention that at check in???

The pool was amazing just wish it was open 24 hours. And wish they had more towels for the pool

For short stays, the king beds are really big and the pool is amazing.

After setting up oxygen concentrator, nebulizer, and c-pap, taking shower, and getting ready to hop into bed, discovered large wet spot on bed that was soaked all the way through mattress. Had to change rooms which meant taking everything apart, re-packing all of it, moving everything to another room, and setting up all over again. Very exhausting and frustrating after a long day. Not sure how housekeeping missed that!!!

Convenient location to get on/off highway, get to Hard Rock Hotel, shopping and other areas. Nothing fancy, but hotel is solid and good value. Cheaper parking costs than some of the higher end hotels. Good stay!

Close proximity to the airport and free hotel shuttle service was excellent. On site restaurant was very convenient. Also check-in was easy and staff was very friendly and accommodating

Staff are Great but Rooms need better cleaning

Really nice Hotel however no microwave in the room and we were fine with the small refrigerator with no freezer.

The hotel was nice, the complementary airport shuttle worked great. There was a small restaurant/bar available, but breakfast wasn't included. We had to pay extra for an early check-in also.

2. I checked in on Thursday the remote for tv was not working and maintenance came on Sunday to fixed it 3. Rooms are very humid after 3 days complaining! I requested a humidifier. I was told that by policy that they’re not supposed to give me one. Finally they gave me one and gave me one with the cord frayed, which is another safety issue. 4. Comforter placed on the bed was torn 5. I was told by the front desk at 3 o’clock in the morning that I need to come downstairs to come get toilet paper that they cannot bring it to me! They left the room with no toilet paper! I’m sitting on the toilet defecating! So how am I supposed to go downstairs to get toilet paper? 6. When I checked in, I was never told that you have to make a 24hr reservation to have your room cleaned so my room wasn’t clean until Sunday checkout tues

I will always love this hotel. I stayed when Mike was the manager and I adored him and the atmosphere. I was worried when I found out it was under new management, however I adore the new manager as well. 🥰❤️ Great place and will always be one of my favorites.
