Staff was helpful rm was clean outdoor pool was ok and hot tub doesn’t make high vol bubbles

However, for the free breakfast the toasters were barely even working. There was only one elevator and it takes a while to get to your room. The cleaning staff left a bag of trash in our bathroom sink for some reason, and the day after we had issues with the keycard.

The ac was not working room was clean but warm

This was the worst LaQuinta and overall worst hotel I have stayed in the last 17 years. The maintenance staff is lazy. I asked her to clean the room and all she did was put some more towels. No handsoap or body wash refilled, coffee, sugar nothing refilled. The air conditioner was not working so I asked front desk for its maintenance at around 10pm and they sent someone next day 1pm. It was 90F in Hollywood, FL and in that heat I had sleepless night and my family also could not sleep. It was most horrible experience. And even after maintenance their AC did not work properly. Pls avoid this hotel.

It was my first time in Atl and well worth it

The place was very dirty, not maintained properly, no towels in the pool, and they were short staffed and we have to wait too long for help.

Garbage!!!. They dont clean.stains all over the sink an tubs. Water isnt hot. Water pressure is low. Have to hold toilet down to flush. This is the worst hotel ever

Very dated property, but was OK for a one night day. The front desk staff was fantastic. Did not try the breakfast.

It was nice. It was also clean which matters most. The food could have been better but not a big deal. The staff was very nice!

This hotel is old... Really needs an upgrade. Elevator takes forever to go up and down as there is ONLY 1. Breakfast options are very few and a ILL tasting. The eggs taste fake, the sausages tasted fake, the juice machine only had 1 working flavor. The shower we had had a deep dip when you walk into the tub almost as if you would fall through. They never came to lean the room or provide additional toiletries during the whole stay.

Fortunately there are both amenities within walking distance

Nice hotel for an overnight stay , clean and comfortable bed, didn't use the outdoor pool but was lovely and surrounded areas was peaceful.

The outside of the grounds looks maintained but our room was disgusting. The floors and rugs looks like they are never cleaned. The tub was black with filth as if never scrubbed. Foul odor in the room. Reported it to the front desk and are reporting it to the manager. Will follow up!!

It's ok if you are on a budget

Please have towels and wash cloths in the room. Please ensure the toilet flushes. Please ensure the AC works in the summer.

The complementary breakfast was okay, maybe bad timing of coming down, but everything was half gone/gone. No labels on the food or coffee/hot water in pumps. Same tongs for sausage and eggs being used. Staff was really nice and helpful. As expected the hotel was pretty outdated. The major concerns I had, the water did not drain well in the bathroom shower and sink. The mattresses were also really dirty in our room. Sheets and cases were clean but the actual mattresses needed a deep clean.
