Reserved a handicap room and when I got there no room available the put me in a regular room with a funky smell. Went back down for a refund and they gave it to me

Plsce is depressing...we got a suite and the face bowl kept clogging, the rooms smells old the elevators are old the ceiling in the lobby was leaking.

The front office staff was friendly and accommodating.. The room was nicely cleaned and the reception lobby created a warm welcome

There were alarms going off all morning to the point that I couldn’t even sleep. Horrible experience and nothing was done to make my stay better. Very upset with how the staff handled my concerns and comments

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, my room was never serviced, even though I requested housekeeping at the front desk. I stayed for three nights, so this was disappointing. Great staff, but the lack of housekeeping took away from the overall experience.

TERRIBLE BREAKFAST SERVICE

I was booked in rm 509 and was in the room 30 min and realized the room was already occupied. Persons luggage was in the closet and person attempted to open my door. I went downstairs to front desk to notify them and they said they thought the person checked out already. I had to gather my stuff up and they moved me to roon 406. Rooms were not really cleaned. The hallway floors looks like haven't vacuumed in a week, trash overflowing at the elevator trashcans. Breakfast "buffet " was only boiled eggs and sausage links. Would not recommend this stay. I notified day time management and he was very helpful and was willing to refund $45 off the trip but no sorry or refund given from nitetime management . Nightmare stay

I felt welcomed. The staff were so friendly we wanted to go to a nightclub there and they recommended us some places we had a blast the view was nice I would 1000 percent go back

I stayed there for couple minutes only , decided to leave after seen people smoking weed on my hallway.

From the moment we entered the hotel, I noticed the rug and floors were dirty. The hotel is not well maintained at all. Very disappointing!

Front desk was helpful. The gym was missing a screw so wasn’t able to use the equipment. Otherwise the stay was pleasant.
