I originally booked my stay from September 24 through September 27, 2026, and was charged a one-time $50 deposit. On Sunday, September 27, I extended my stay for an additional two nights through Expedia. Michelle assisted me with the check-in process, but unfortunately, her attitude was rude and unprofessional. I was also surprised to be charged an additional $50 per night, rather than the one-time $50 deposit I had previously been charged. I would recommend that management review this situation and clarify the deposit policy. Everyone else at the hotel was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience enjoyable overall. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would prefer not to have Michelle assist me during any future stay.

Nothing humidity inside the rooms, and the pool is out of service

it was available and reasonably priced Door was hard to open - but acted as added protection Shower wand leaked way too much - minor repairs needed like toilet paper holder not solidly in the wall

One staff Called Valery who tried all she could to help me follow up on my lost baggage. Transport guys good. A staff who could not make a follow up on my lost baggage and I was not able to directly call American numbers.

The morning staff were much more interested in our concerns. Especially when I mentioned the continued weed smoking that set the fire alarm off at 2:46 am.

Bad

Bed very comfortable and room clean. Night staff Vinny is awesome and the pick up shuttle from the airport by Sebastian is a wonderful feature. Missing body wash in the shower, the AC wasn't as cold in this room as last stay and didnt have the constant fan setting. Plus, the window was leaking from the rain but it was a deluge that night! So some little inconsistencies in maintenance. No reason not to book it.

I was upset the pool was under construction, I wish the website said that so I was aware. Breakfast options were very limited. The one thing I was most upset about was that the door was so hard to open and close to our room like it kept getting stuck. The room was very condensated in the air and everything felt wet.

It’s very convenient. The room was nice except for a couple issues. One issue was you could not open the bathroom door all the way because it hit the toilet. We had our air conditioner on 62 and I had bought a fan for the room. The buffet breakfast was horrible. But the staff is very nice. But the room definitely needed to be updated. And again it’s very convenient to I-95 and the port of Miami.

I’ve come to know the staff and they are all wonderful. The facility is clean and well kept. I don’t have any complaints.
