Helpful and friendly staff. The property was well maintained. Easy check-in and out. The hotel location was convenient. It was close to many restaurants and shops. Welcome drinks were a plus. The only issue was the parking. They only offer valet and it gets full quickly.

I like facilites They didn’t vacuum or changed sheets while staying for 7 days, floor were covered in sand and very uncomfortable to walk in the room

The staff was wonderful, and the general manager, Jim, truly made the experience stand out. He was so personable and even took the time to check in on me after I arrived to make sure everything was going well. Such a thoughtful touch and a great example of hospitality! The food at the hotel restaurant was also delicious. I ate there twice during my stay and both meals were easily 10/10. And you definitely can’t beat a complimentary welcome drink! 😍 Great location, amazing hospitality, and delicious food. I would absolutely stay here again!

The decor and restaurant and bar Our room was on top of the kitchen exsaust

Excellent restaurant serving top quality local food. Corner room with Lanai was nice to have a vantage point and somewhere to relax. Room was nicely decorated in a fun/modern style. Loved the pool area and the happy hour local craft beers and fries were excellent, as were the cooling ice pops! The room came with excellent freebies. All that was missing was a coffee machine. The cafe was nice downstairs though.

Besides the staff being loud near the laundry facilities on the 2nd floor- all was well.

We had a wonderful stay at Wayfinder Waikiki! The hotel is beautifully designed with a fun, tropical vibe, and the pool area was one of our favorite spots to relax. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect.Just a short walk to Waikiki Beach, restaurants, and shops. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the beach chairs and towels available to borrow. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Loved the location of this hotel, which is tucked away from the Waikiki strip. Enjoyed the decor and loved the pool!

This property is exceptional. We stayed on the beach side after this but really preferred the Wayfinder for many reasons. The pool is more relaxing beautiful. The other larger hotels pool was small and busy and they constantly sold out of beach chairs….. not at the wayfinder. They had chairs and flippers … available. The food is incredible for breakfast. The lost and found pool bar has the islands best poke. I’ve been to Oahu 12 times. This was the best hotel in the city. Rent a car see the island. Stay at the wayfinder. They have many activities like lai making and stretching. They give you robes for the room. Very dog friendly and military friendly. Staff is exceptional. Water and tea at the pool. A Sunday local market poolside. Thank you for a great stay.

A very nice place to stay in the Waikiki Beach area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool and restaurant are very nice. The location was convenient to the beach and local shopping.

One of the things that impressed me most was that the staff remembered my last name every time I walked in. That personal touch made us feel genuinely valued and turned a great stay into a memorable one. If you’re looking for a beautiful hotel with warm, attentive service and an unforgettable guest experience, I highly recommend staying here. I can’t wait to come back!

Incredible location and view without being in the thick of Waikīkī. Really nice decor and overall aesthetic. Super comfortable bed. Extremely walkable and close to bus lines. Minor dings but the shower was a little rough (low pressure, slow draining) and the building can feel a little rough around the edges if you look too closely (which I actually find to be part of the charm because it feels real and lived in, but for the price, maybe others won’t love that).

It was a really nice hotel, fanily friendly and staff is kind.
