Nothing very rude costumer service Bad costumer service

A/c not working in lobby or halls. Ac in the room was leaking water. Room was musty. Did get moved to a different room. Marginally clean only. Stains. Dead bugs.

My kids love the pool The "young black lady" receptionist wasn't very helpful, only 1washer, 1dryer for 3floors. No ice.

Not so loud Breakfast

Breakfast was limited: juice machine was out of order, no fruit. Non-smoking room still had a strong smoke odor.

Smelt like smoke and mold

Horrible. Smelled like must, had to get changed to different rooms 3 times because tvs were not working in any of the rooms. Mirror was completely missing in the restroom. Dirty and nasty overall. Need better wifi that's secured not unsecured

The location The first room the air didnt work and the second room the floor was soaking wet

Walked in thinking it was alright. Was told the elevator was broken. Should have taken it as a sign but went with it. Grabbed our bags and walked up dirty stairs to room. Room seemed alright. Spouse poured water in a glass and mentioned a bug. Thought maybe a gnat or something and moved on. Then woke in middle of night to use restroom and noticed roaches and started to panic. Decided however to not wake family and reluctantly stay for a couple more hours. Notified staff of infestation. Eggs tasted bad at breakfast as well. Thankful we only had to stay for one night.

Dirty , bugs ,smell bad

are checking out early and going to Denny’s and heading back to Oklahoma.

We did not even stay either of the days that we had booked. We did intitially plan to over look for the insanely dirty room, the questionanble meat smell in the hallway, our room smelling like cigarrattes even though it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room AND the broken door lock. But once we were going to shower we noticed mold in the shower and for our safety we decided we could not stay there. We were there for a total of maybe 3 hours and when we were leaving they had mentioned we were going to be able to get our money back and they said to just call them back, but once I tried calling no anwer. So booking.com and myself tried messaging and emailing but could never get in contact with them so i never got my money back.

Location Maids stealing roaches mod

The hotel did not accommodate my handicap. There were no working elevators. They wanted my husband, grandson and I to haul our luggage up stairs to our room. They said that all ground floor room we taken except one which had no working television. The room that they offered us to check out was not cleaned to our satisfaction and also had an odor. We decline our stay and checked into another hotel.

Nothing they were very rude and unkind The room had roaches and they didn’t refund for one day I was fine with the cancellation fee but $14 dollars is not a good enough amount
