Courtyard by Marriott Houston Medical Center/NRG Park

Paying for parking and having to walk back to the car to put the parking card in the window when we’d just lugged all our stuff in was a pain. No free secured WiFi, having to pay for basic streaming services was a real turnoff. The last straw was finding hairs on the pillows that were not mine. We will never go back and will discourage other people from staying there.

Great service, nice hotel

Wifi never worked.

early checkin was vailable and overall a comfortable stay! nothing really

The hotel was pleasantly clean overall the experience was good

Friendly staff. Location is excellent, everything you need is close by. Room was bigger than I expected and very clean. No noise throughout the night so you can rest up without any issues. Parking somewhat limited.

The staff was nice and beds were comfortable. Hot tub was not working, broken glass all along pool from a balcony door that almost fell over while we were in the pool and we noticed it has already happened with another door.

Very good

Superb

Superb

The parking was good the room was clean and the staff was very helpful.

Clean staff very very nice and helpful

The Medical shuttle made available and the proximity to a Kroger supermarket makes it convenient. City of Houston doesn’t repair the broken sidewalk sections when walking to Kroger and Chic-Fil-A.

Staff was helpful room was clean and most of all comfortable parking was well lit security available

Great place, clean rooms and facilities.
