Awesome front desk service, very comfortable beds, great price rates, awesome food, very clean, easy access to laundry area and very friendly and pleasant staff. Nothing concerns.

I’ve stayed here 3 times in the last 2 months. For the price room is fairly equipped and clean. I typically choose Courtyard, as they are consistent. However, Hotels.com lists them as a free parking hotel, and the hotel has been charging me for parking. It’s not a super big deal, it’s just a surprise expense.

Later that night we asked to change rooms ,but the other room they showed us was dirty as well.So we stayed in the first one. The next day they came and cleaned the bathroom,but when we came back to the room the tub was still dirty. We requested room services the next day nobody came.Their excuses was they didn’t know. So they stated they will come the next day,and they did come. She act like she didn’ see all the bags of trash sitting on the floor.She pull the vacuum out,but trash was still all over the floor.We cleared everything out of her way.We had everything gathered properly.She still did a poor job.We pull the dirty sheets off the bed,so she can replace them.She put the same dirty sheets back on the bed.The bathroom still wasn’t cleaned properly.The housekeepers is so busy worrying about what we had in the room,instead of making sure they actually cleaned the room.The tubs have black rings around it. Their night customer services was good to their ability.The lady in the morning kept looking me up and down,and wasn’t friendly and seem like she didn’t care at all. Wouldn’t stay here again!!!

the front desk was very pleasant and was a pleasure to work with. While a little slow, it may have been the system vs him. Yes! Large cockroach in first room scurrying on wall and hid behind gap of refrigerator cabinet/wall. The rooms and hallways were musty. every surface in the room had scum of some sort. I had to wipe all myself. Mattress is used up/old. Stained curtains.

The comfort and location Stay was short so I can’t say I didn’t like anything

Was a little inconvenient having to call to get the room clean everyday. Staff however was very responsive to needs. good location.

smelled like they didn't change the air filter in the AC unit, very moldy smell other than that it was ok.

Jeff was star at reception desk! All down hill from there. No bar or restaurant, closed for spring break. Housekeeping never cleaned room, they just moved us to new room. Doubled charged us for parking.

I enjoyed the location and it's closeness to I-10. Not much NOT to like :) I truly enjoyed my stay!

Was never told about daily parking fee nor did it show up on the receipt untill days after I checked out, then I received a separate receipt for parking.

Clean room and comfortable bed.

Front desk area and staff are nice Toilet in my stall made noises and the shower did not look clean

The kitchen/bar was closed for the weekend. I picked this hotel for the bar since it was supposed to rain my husband and I wanted to be able to sit at the bar and have some drinks for his birthday. The gentleman at the front desk was super nice about it and bought us beers from the fridge at the front desk.
