Room had a stale smell which permeated mattress. No hot water in shower.

I booked with expedia they took my money. i got there and the room wasn’t available

Very friendly staff on hand to answer any questions customers might have. The hotel was off the highway which made the stay very comfortable and quiet.

My fiance and I was killing random roaches in our room. The room smelt like mildew. Asked more than 3 times for a remote to the tv. It was hardly anyone at the front desk when we needed assistance.

Room was clean. Aisles smell like old, it needs aromatics, my bed creaks, a little croach in the bathtub

Tracy, the Manager....needs a raise! Property managed top notch and understands binds travelers sometimes get in. Wont stay anywhere and its all because of her.

Remote was never fixed for TV. There were no dishes or coffee pot in the room.

Nothing Elevator was broken , got to my check in and no front desk receptionist answered my call like 15 minutes after my check in time then manager told me they will take care of a room for us and I got to check in till 3:40 when my check in was at 3 besides that they gave me my keys to the room went to open and they were not activated and to top it off small roaches on walls couldn’t even sleep that I checked out at 8 am and had to leave the key cards under the reception window totally awful stay

Oh man I really enjoyed the woodspring suites. I wanted to stay there for a while lol Everything was perfect.

The bed was comfortable but that is the only positive thing I can say. The TV had no remote and didn't work manually. There were no utincils or cookware in the kitchette. The tub was missing parts from it and the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

The room looks very clean but had an odor and the blinds were falling apart
