Residence Inn Houston I-10 West/Park Row

Went on a girls shopping trip and stayed 2 nights. Our room was clean and fresh. Breakfast was warm and and well stocked. The lobby area as well as dining area are very well maintained. I did not catch the young lady's name that was on the night staff the 2 nights we stayed but she was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Im say this trip was paid for and expedia stole my 178.00 dollars and Thank. Youfice.

It’s always clean and very quiet. The side elevator was down again. I was here 4 weeks ago and it was out. Hopefully they fix it next time.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was a little outdated and in need of upgrades. The free breakfast was delicious and plenty of options. My husband and I enjoyed our stay!

As always clean and quiet. Unfortunately the side elevator was out.

The only thing they should do is add a toothbrush and water because they only give you a girl and there was no more water everything else is fine

My stay may have been good if the sofa bed was a better quality. Because I was traveling with my disabled father and my daughter I had to put him on the sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress springs were coming through the fibers they were dry rotted and rusted. because there was limited rooms available and the fact that the room was on the first floor for the comfort of my father we stay there. However I had to asked for extra Betty to help make that sofa bed comfortable for my father. The king size bed provided in the room was less than 8 inches off the floor needless to say my daughter and I felt like we were rolling in and out of bed each night. For a handicap accessible room it was very sub standard. I did make complaint to the management team they were supposed to refund me one of my night which never happened. Also during the stay one of the night main waterline busted in the hotel which had everyone up through most of the night only to wake up to find out that the water was turned off and did not come back on until after 6 AM closer to 7 AM. The breakfast each day was terrible. I want elaborate on that. I don't expect five star but I do expect more options then what was provided. The staff was helpful when they needed to be. The daytime was better than the nighttime staff overall again I was not pleased what the overall service that the hotel had to offer especially for accessible accommodations for the disabled. I will say that the towels were clean. There was no bath soap

Whenever we turned on the bathroom light it made a loud annoying sound. The light in the kitchen did not work. We had no soap in the soap dispenser.

This is my go to spot when I come visit Katy. Never disappoints and rooms are cold and quiet. I definitely will be back soon. No issues

Was a quick trip, but this was a very nice stay. The outdoor area was enjoyable and the staff was helpful and friendly.
