Breakfast was dull and they were out of coffee cream and the employee did not speak English when I asked about it. Elevator makes a scary vibration when it stops - needs servicing. Bathroom was shower only.

Front desk manager (Lena, I think) was outstanding. Watched her handle a very difficult situation with grace and professionalism. Bed not sturdy.

Not able to have breakfast due to fasting for doctor's appointment, but it smelled great. Could not get TV to work initially and there was no instruction/information regarding its operation in the room, Could not get dial tone on phone to call for maintenance. Had to go back to reception to request assistance.
