Hampton Inn & Suites Houston I-10 West Park Row

The room was clean and welcoming. The property it self was very clean. The breakfast was great. I will stay here again.

Nice staff and good breakfast.

Toilet was broken, blood stains on the mattress and dust on the lamps. Property is not kept up to Hampton standards.

The property is ok, but it needs a good spic and span cleaning all around, especially the rugs, they don´t look old, they just look dirty, the elevator floors were very dirty. The staff was great, especially the manager and the staff at the breakfast area.

Was a very clean and quiet hotel. Breakfast was amazing and I enjoyed the pool and gym room while I was there.

Overall very happy with these accommodations. Work trip for a week and it was perfect! Safe and quiet hotel!

To management’s credit, they did attempt to move me to another room after I reported the issues. Unfortunately, the replacement room was not much better and had similar cleanliness and maintenance concerns. While I appreciate the effort to address the problem, the overall condition of both rooms made for an unpleasant experience. I booked through Hotels.com, and they did provide compensation for the issues I encountered, which I appreciated. However, the compensation did not change the fact that the condition of the rooms was unacceptable and significantly impacted my stay. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property and would not choose to stay here again.

Outstanding in every way!

The staff in the breakfast area & the housekeeping staff were equally wonderful! Our trip to Houston was stressful due to our daughter’s surgery but your staff completely removed any anxiety/stress from our minds regarding accommodations while we were there. The breakfast was great & the A/C was COLD! THANK YOU! Your hotel will be our “home” whenever we need to come to Houston‼️

The staff was very courteous and helpful with information. The room was ready at check-in time and was very comfortable. No problems at all. Due to a personal plan change unrelated to Hampton Inns, I did not get a chance to try the complementary breakfast. The hotel was very convenient to areas along the west I-10 corridor.

Front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was perfect.

Unfortunately the main bathroom light bulb was out which made it difficult to apply makeup and see as clearly as the weather was mostly cloudy so not much natural light in room

I was good. the staff accomodated us well

Everything besides the fact that room 206’s toilet was either clogged when I got there or just sucks The toilet in room 206 only flushed once the whole time

Came here for the weekend and it was very nice and clean! Would come again.

The breakfast was 5 out of 10 and the coffee in the room was 0-10 and our room had Thai weird crap on the mirror and light in the bathroom and the bed is so hard and our second room my in-laws had was rough the ac didn’t work and they had to be moved Coffee etc
