Rooms were wonderful. Not very kid friendly. Great indoor pool.

One of the highlights was the comfortable beds, which made for a great night's sleep. We also appreciated the accommodating staff. Although we requested a late checkout at the last minute, they were able to extend our checkout time by 30 minutes, which we greatly appreciated. Another convenience was the 12:00 PM checkout time. When traveling, a later checkout is always a plus, and this made our departure much more comfortable and stress-free. Overall, I give this property a 5-star rating for its cleanliness, comfort, quiet environment, and excellent customer service. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is well maintained, cleanliness is appreciated everywhere. Staff goes above and beyond.

The staff was magnificent, kind and accommodating, especially Tera the Cook and Bartender, her customer service and the food was amazing.

I just didn’t like when we had our family reunion you tell us to keep it down so in the future you’ll guys need to be considerate of ppl and there family

Loved the cleanliness of the room I hate that we were LIED to about the holding fee/ deposit. We were told that it would be $50, we went to check our account and they charged $125 darn dollars. We then went downstairs to confront them about the UNAUTHORIZED charged and was told by the “assistant” manager Jackie which was very nice nasty mentioned something about the World Cup and said it must’ve “slipped” the person who checked us in mind then proceeded to say “well it was authorized because the paper was signed” when we only authorized what was told to us. She basically said “well we charged you, so what, there’s nothing we can do about it it’ll be refunded anyways” We were highly upset about that fraudulent charge of $75 extra and we did NOT like the way they went about the situation/ handled it definitely didn’t like Jackie’s nice nasty attitude. and everything will still be escalated to HR and we will be emailing the CEO !!!!! Other than that, our stay was excellent

Everyone was nice and it was clean I didn’t get like how breakfast was $15 that was so crazy to me so that was a major issue

Very clean,when you walk in your room you can feel the air in the room clean. Bed was very comfortable and location was good with food on the area

Professional staff. The same paper on floor of the elevator at the time of check in and check out. Cleaning staff tried to open room door to clean at 9 am. I went down at 11 am to get a cart. The same person with the cleaning staff went to check on my room. It took me 2 minutes to get a cart. This was at 11 am. She saw me walk out the room empty handed. Check out was at Noon. Other than feeling rushed, I enjoyed my stay and gave Excellent Stars. I stayed at this hotel many times. Thqt is why I gave Excellent Stars. This experience was the first time experiencing being rushed.

The location to where we visited It was loud. The floor we were on (4th floor) had some heavy pot smoking going on. The smell of this activity kept me awake. I thought this was a non smoking facility. When we told the front desk there was little concern about this. We only got “well we will spray up there for the smell.”

Paid extra for breakfast supposedly to be served at 6:30 am. Important to me because of hospital appointment at 7:00 am. No coffee…no nothing until it was time to leave. Front desk said it wasn’t their job. Breakfast employees said sorry, running late. This is unacceptable when you are on a schedule.

Our room was clean. We only stayed for 1 night due to water maintenance in our area. Bed and bathroom. Linen and towels are clean. Checked in was quick. The only confusion we had was that the reception told my husband that our reservation was not include breakfast when I did in fact paid extra for breakfast. My husband couldn’t argue during checked in because I was the one who made the reservation under his name, he didn’t know what I reserved. When I went to see her later on, she told me the same thing, and when she asked for proof and I showed her hotels.com confirmation, she then said that she cannot disclose any information since my name was not on the reservation (even though I have given her my DL which I have the same last name). I understand this is the policy, but I’m sure what the policy meant was for sensitive information like room numbers, etc. Confirming whether our reservation has or has not included breakfast I think it’s fair to say that it is not considered sensitive. Besides, we came together thru the door (around 11 pm), and my husband was too tired and sleepy he went straight up and let me handle the case alone since I know what I’d put on the reservation. However, the next morning the staff was more accommodating. He gave my husband the breakfast voucher. Problem solved, yes. But not without headache. Other than this issue, hotel is nice.
