Holiday Inn Express & Suites Houston - Memorial City Centre by IHG

The Dove products in the bathroom. The room and lobby were clean. Water pressure in the shower was low. The TV goes out when it rains. The pancake machine was down and the raisin bran cereal was empty every morning.

The receptionist at the front desk at the time of check in was excellent. Took the time and was considerate enough to ask if I wanted a quiet room. She worked the afternoon/evening shift. It was also very pleasant to speak with her during other parts of my stay. I believe she said that shoud I forget her name, I should refer to her as "Dee" with the glasses. :) Please relay a hello from the tall guy who was in town attending a funeral.

The room was very clean & well put together. Hotel overall very clean and sanitary. The breakfast was good and hot. A very good experience.

Excelente Que no informaron al Recepcionista que tenía autorizado check in early

Room and facilities were clean- staff was courteous and helpful. Overall good value. Rated three stars as our room had a lot of noise from the highway.

I appreciate a great stay and easy check-in.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that there was no coffee maker in the room, so that I had to get dressed to go to the lobby to get a cup of coffee. The noise from the highway is very loud.

When I say everything was perfect for my visit…I mean EVERYTHING!!! I love it all about this location. From my room to the exercise room (accessible). Breakfast was clean and neat and the food was well prepared. Staff friendly and pool clean. I’ll DEFINITELY be returning.

Stayed here on a little staycation for my birthday. Check in was quick and easy. Room was just right for just me. The staff was friendly. I was hurrying back to my room to get ready for my dinner and was still greeted from a distance. The front desk clerk complemented me on how quick and nice I looked for my dinner. She was still there when I returned and asked me how everything was. Great experience all around would definitely come back.

Hotel is nice and clean and staff are very nice and friendly. Parking lot was a little confusing to get in and out of is the only complaint I have. Would stay there again

Great staff, clean room and good breakfast
