Unfortunately, I was very disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. I don’t understand why some hotels cut costs when it comes to basic services, especially hygiene. I couldn’t sleep because there were bugs in the room, and I spent the entire night feeling uncomfortable and stressed. Unfortunately, this hotel chain seems to cut corners on too many basic necessities. After this experience, I would definitely not stay here again.!!!!

Cute clean outside Smell funny , coffee pot didnt work, upstairs guests were moving furniture all nite or something.

The garbage disposal in the kitchen sink was non-functional however didn’t really affect me as I did minimal cooking. I reported it upon checkout. The air conditioning unit was finicky however it was “adequate”.

Overall good seemed to be advertised as nicer, however if you're staying for a long time then it is good.

Lack of housekeeping was unadvertised and unappreciated.

Here are a few things you should know before booking: No AC in the bedroom. There is only a vent from the AC in the living room, and it does not cool the bedroom very well. The gym was out of service for 5 days. We were repeatedly told that the problem would be fixed, but it remained unavailable for most of our stay. Security was a concern. The side entrance leading to the outdoor grill area was sometimes left open, with the door held open by the doormat. All kinds of people were coming and going. This did not feel safe, especially because someone could knock on your door and you might assume they were from the front desk. The outdoor grill area was not clean. People were using the grills without cleaning up afterward, and it did not appear that anyone was regularly cleaning the area. The toilet has very little water pressure. You may want to keep a plunger handy. Be careful about the room you are assigned. They may place you in a handicap-accessible room on the first floor, even if that is not the type of room you booked through Hotels.com. Make sure you check your room before settling in. The one major positive is the location. It is within walking distance of CityCentre and several nice restaurants and other places to visit.

The room has a strong smoke smell and something else I could figure out . It was black ants all in the restroom.

The fitness center was out of order with no idea when it would be fixed. I was not notified of this upon checking in. Rooms are cleaned only once a week, which is completely unheard of. The toilet kept running.

Clean room and good location
