Great place

The staff was superb! The rooms were nice and clean. Water pressure was fantastic! The bed was a bit firm for my liking but I happen to like softer mattresses. Nice to have a coffee set up in the morning on each floor . We will stay again. The actual room price was quite reasonable for the area but we were surprised at the taxes and fees imposed by Houston and Harris county .

Everything was wonderful only one thing out Room service came cold but the front desk said they wanted to comp. I was just giving them a tip but she said she wanted to comp it which was a nice gesture. I plan on visiting all the Hotel ZaZa's.

Perfect place for a 3-night stay. The staff were all excellent.

The guests on my floor were loud when walking down the hallway late at night and early in the morning; that was inconsiderate. Valet parking was not the quality it should have been for the price. The bottles of shampoo and body wash attached to the shower wall had tiny dispensing heads and required pushing down on many times to get any liquid to come out. DO not recommend this place; stay at the Westin down the road...better value.

The front desk , room service and valet did a great job. The rooms are pretty but lacks lighting at side tables to suit rooms with two beds. A lamp may be pretty but takes up too much space. It needs some dimming can lights in the room too. No microwave or coffee in rooms. Everything food wise is pay from fully stocked fridge or leave room; unless you order room service. If you have room service in rooms chairs should swivel and easily move to face table. I shouldn't have to lift heavy furniture to accommodate room dining . This hotel is conveniently located to a popular mall and variety of shopping and dining areas.

Everytime I come to Houston it's Zaza for me. I love the service, the food, and the room.

It was great hotel with a great staff. We loved the location and very friendly people. We stayed at it 3 times this month.

Very clean . Fun atmosphere

The room was clean however very disappointed by the pool. There was trash and menus in it, towels all over with no staff periodically checking on things.
