Front desk attendant (Brian) was excellent in helping me out. The housekeeping girls are great and friendly.
-
I would never come back here, front office staff was always new and never could help you. They didn't have any pillow cases, no towels, dirty room floors never mopped or swept, no house keeping ever came to clean my room, so I would ask this guy to give me a broom and mop and I did it my self. You will smell marijuana through the vents of the rooms only because someone smoking, I go to report it and the front office staff would say " oooh I'm sorry this is my first day I know nothing about the property" just wasted my money and time. Air conditioner is in between the head of the beds so that meant I had to sleep at the bottom of the bed so that I wouldn't breathe in the dusty air off the dirty vents that I also ask the front office to send up housekeeping to do. This was by far the worst 8 days of my life spent at a roach motel but this what happen when your a truck driver doing deliveries and so badly needed sleep.

The gm very rude then they have rats and roaches bad when i said somthing told ne come get rat trap like yall not going come do that im paying 70 dollars a night for this people selling their self and drugs in front of the place

Very comfortable bedding and great value. The only improvement I could recommend is pest control; occasionally there would be a small roach or other critter that seemed to find its way to the third floor.
-
Had bad roaches I was told I was put in a renovated suite and pests wouldn’t be an issue but it has a bad roach infestation since I paid a week and couldn’t afford to waste the money with the no refund policy I left immediately after the week although majority of the week I stayed with family because it was an uncomfortable experience
-
I am very happy I just booked a nother week service is great and Ms Williams is wonderful and very helpful with any help needed
-
The layout of the room was comfortable. The atmosphere was laid back. The time there flew by quickly. The noise level right by the freeway. The room was really dirty when I moved in. There was a long wait to be seen by the staff most of the time.

Its across the street from Wal-Mart, Target and great fast food restarants. It has 60 channels to watch. It has a fridge, stove top and microwave. They DONT give you fresh towels. I was told I had to wash my own towels. I had to buy my own toilet paper. My room needs to be renovated. It has an elevator but it was malfunctioning. The WIFI signal was weak. I had to take out my own trash.

The manager was really cool and very responsive to any requests. Also, the nightman was a really nice and helpful man. And the small, covered, outside bench area was enjoyable. The location was bad for me, as a mobility-impaired guest, because it was really not close enough to anywhere I needed to go, to be walkable. Also, the walls were so thin that I could hear my upstairs neighbors' conversations verbatim.
