I did have some trouble with payment when

Property was very unsanitary, first room had no ac, after a third time finally got a decent but dirty room

I don't know how my reservation got messed up, my second night got switched to a king with a sofa bed because they stated at check-in the room got double booked and wasn'tavailable the second night. The first room we was in you would get locked in the bathroom you couldn't open the door from inside of the bathroom and when you flushed the toilet it felt like it was going to fall through the floor. The second room smelled like mold. The hallway felt like you would fall through to the next floor. The pool water was green and unusable. The gym somewhat worked but some of the equipment was broken. The staff was accommodating as they could be and friendly.

Nice stay for one day with free breakfast.

The picture on the website is deceptive. The hotel is transitioning from LaQuinta to Sonesta. There is no sign on the building nor is there a sign near the street. Everyone that walked in was asking if they were at the right place...including me. The lobby is well kept but the rooms (I was moved to 3 different rooms for various reasons) ALL had a musty mildew smell. We had to go purchase air fresheners to mask the smell. On top of that the first 3hrs I was there there the water was cut off and the front desk failed to tell me (and other guests) that upon check in. The bathtubs (in two of the rooms) were aged and peeling to the point where I opted to just take a wash off because it looked so unkept. Along with that the AC rattled every time it came on. Outside of that... it was an okay stay.

Valencia made this stay bearable!! This man s an outdated LaQuinta transitioning to Sonesta Essential! The lobby looked ok, but there was an obvious odor in the hotel. The city turned the water off for about 2 hours. They reserved a king room even though I asked for double. However, the issue was resolved. The owner of facility should have closed the hotel and finished renovating. On July 11 & 12, 2026. It was not ready for occupancy. Breakfast was excellent!!

MOLD INFESTED HOTEL. Visiting from Chicago and this was the worst experience and last experience at the so-called Sonesta when it is La Quinta Inn. Algae pool was beyond disgusting. Black water molded Jacuzzi. All of the windows and ceilings had holes and mold growing. Bathroom made you feel even nasty or after a shower. Lamps were full of mold. Sink was broken. Tub Had broken pieces. Workout room has the worst ventilation smell smells like mold. There were no cleaning amenities available. There was scum on the water faucet. I was scammed. The pictures are lies on the Internet for this hotel. The only thing missing were roaches.

No soap in the room, very dirty. But it was cheap so can't complain too much.

It was ok for a couple nights stay. My son wanted to go in the pool but it was nasty green. They did offer a shuttle to another one of their hotels but not convenient for us. The breakfast was not the best, the only warm food we were able to get were the waffles.

The supervisor was rude and she kept my money instead of refunding me for the days I didn't stay.

A week passed and still didnt get my deposit from the hotel. As bad as thier breakfast is. It should be 50 dollar deposit not 100

Bugs in room alive and dead. Worse hotel experience

Requires a $100 deposit, but my room was spacious (I booked a king suite), clean, and the staff was attentive. The waffles at breakfast were amazing too! I would definitely go back again!

The place needs lot of attention. Electrical outlets are all loose. Need to bring tape to connect your charger. Pool was not that clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is a joke. Over all, it was not the worst but not the best to spend almost $400 for 2 nights. I don't really recommend it. Save your money and take your time when searching.
