Baymont by Wyndham Indianapolis West

It was clean and the breakfast was great. Especially for the price.

The rooms were clean but the huge downfall was when I arrived to check in the staff let me know all the rooms on the first floor were taken it didn’t bother me until she told me that the elevators DON’T work! My poor husband I had to drag and LIFT EVERYTHING to the upstairs by the stair case provided. Upon booking it didn’t say that the elevators didn’t work etc because I would have never selected this hotel if it had stated that the elevators didn’t function. It didn’t really have the space I was needing had my 5 kids with me. Upon arriving you had to also give a $100 deposit which is understandable so I gave it in cash and when we were on a time crunch when it was time to leave, packed and ready to go we had cleaned up our room nicely I told my husband to let the staff know about us leaving since they had to check the room so I could get my $100 deposit back. The man said in 1 minute but he still had not had someone check the room until 10 min later during the wait I went to check out the breakfast I was NOT impressed yes there’s coffee and about 3 choices of cereal and oranges and muffins but that’s all I saw. The man than handed my $100 deposit and then we left. Staff were respectful! I will say if you’re bringing your kids I wouldn’t book here unless you’re going solo or a couple or friends etc not really kid friendly as far as the elevators not working. The girl that I bumped into while walking up the stairs said that the elevators hadn’t been working for TWO years!

The room did have an odor that was trying to be covered up by a container of odor eliminator. The bathtub drain was completely clogged and front desk said they would look at it. The room otherwise was ok. Just dated. We appreciated that we had two king beds. The a/c worked amazing.

The room was not clean, blankets had blood stain, shower curtain had an old Loofa. Staff was wuick to supply clean items

Great location

The staff was very polite and kind. The beds were comfortable. The room smelled musty, the outlets for charging did not work, the tv did not work, the area for breakfast was dirty.

The held a 100 dollars on my credit card, the credit back to my account is in pending but not applied, shady! I still don’t have my receipt for the bill, they were nowhere to be found at checkout. The smell of grass was everywhere, especially in the parking lot. I don’t trust these people.

Decent breakfast in a clean dining area. The AC was either too cold or not cold enough. The toilet tank kept recycling loudly.

Staff was fine--quick and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The air works great. The bathroom was falling apart in some areas like the towel rack hanging off the wall. Everything worked though. Parking was easy with plenty of space.

Room & bathroom were not cleaned thoroughly; hair left behind on bathroom floor and shower from previous occupants, sink drain was broken, toilet seat not bolted to seat properly which made it uncomfortable to use. Dried up vomit on wall and floor behind bed nearest to the HVAC unit/room window. That's disgusting.

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room could have used an air freshener. Breakfast was very good.

Excellent facilities, but very difficult to locate Baymont using GPS Maps and Google map! Exceptional staff Difficult to locate Baymont! Almost hidden! From main highway! Tucked away! Nice!

Not clean at all. Out dated

Property is poorly maintained. Pool was disgusting and out of commission. The site was our “view” from our room. No elevator. Unhoused person living in the lobby area apparently. Morning or night this person was camped out at the same table. Our room was choking us out with the stench of Fabuloso concentrate.

Just the location So many things. Lack of cleanliness. Broken elevator, broken desk chair, missing security door latch, shower knob broken, bathroom vent disgusting, stained chair and ottoman, carpet needed cleaning, stairway dirty, windows too.

It was cheap and it was quiet. smelled bad, needs updates badly, just gross

Bed was good the place was clean Hot water in the shower. Orange juice for breakfast needs more choices for food. Coffee should be freshly brewed not out of a machine
