I did not stay at that hotel. It was nasty not clean. I don’t understand how people could rent the room being under remodel ring around the toilet bathtub disgusting room smelled blue tape around the windows cause they were being renovated. The person who checked me in was absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever known, and his appearance was of a homeless man I walked in the room just to see if there were at least clean and walked right out. Disgusting other people walked out at the same time as I did roaches dirt filthy.

Where do I start, this place is horrendous. Must be one of the worst place I ever stayed in. First off, through Hotels.com I reserved a room for 4 people, that is one room with two beds. Upon or arrival, they immediately charged us an extra $40 ($20 per person) the rep said that they only book for two and any additional person is $20 (I believe this is a huge scam). I re-read the contract on Hotels.com and that was not mentioned no where. (I don't believe this is on Hotels.com but this location itself). The, there is a huge dog tied up right in front of the office, this dog also barked all night. The room it selfs was disgusting, filthy, dirty and all other words that describes nastiness. The bathroom sink also didn't work. I don't believe the owners care about anything, honestly I don't know how this place is allowed to even be open for business, it needs to be torn down, and rebuilt from scratch.

If you want to be close to the speedway, this place will do that better than most. The decor probably looked good in 1982. It’s still there. The place is quiet, and close to restaurants. The coffee maker does work, though, and the bed wasn’t bad.

The lobby had cool autographs. That’s the only good thing about this property. Not clean, disgusting, horrible attitude from staff (who frequently left the front desk for long periods of time without saying anything) and they couldn’t get keys to work

I did not even stay there, property was so disgusting I left and found another hotel. They would not refund my money. I also believe this was a booking error by Hotels.com and can't get any help from them, either.

Fridge didnt worm, smelled weird, and there was no do not disturb sign so they kept knocking while i slept.

If you booked here you know based on the reviews what to expect. It’s a very old place, which should be okay, but my room was dirty, I went to the nearest target to buy Clorox wipes and clean all the surfaces, inside the fridge and the microwave. I checked for bed bugs and there was none, and the shower seem to be clean. Overall, I would not ever stayed there, ever, but it was last minute, and I brought my own beddings to sleep in their bed. I booked it for 2 nights and stayed 1. Staff was friendly but that doesn’t make it okay.

Also when booking online you will be charged an extra fee that is not stated when booking. If you are looking for a cheap place to lay your head this would be it ..

The property could use a good spruce up. Some worn furniture & fixtures. General maintenance issues and cleaning. Comfy & cozy room.

I stayed there because it was close to the Indianapolis Speedway and the price was reasonable. It was the filthiest place I’ve ever stayed at in my life. The room reeked of stale cigarette smoke, even though there was a no smoking sign on the door. There was hair on the bathroom floor, so the floor obviously hadn’t been cleaned. I wasn’t expecting it to be a four star hotel, but it was far worse than I expected. I paid for two nights but I checked out after one night just so I didn’t have to spend another night there.

The hotel did what we needed it to do. We came down for the Indy 500. Got there late to check in around 10pm, went straight to sleep. Woke up and was gone all day, came back to shower and sleep. Don’t come here if you’re looking for Hilton inn expectations. Johnny at the front desk wasn’t as bad as other reviews claimed. If you’re nice to him, he’s nice to you. Just make sure to double lock your doors and mind your business and you’ll be fine. Towels looked as if there was makeup or some other black stain on it.

This place was disgustingly. Unsavory people gaming in the lobby. The management was "compromised and unstable". The lock on our room would not lock; completely broken. We ended up not staying there due to being concerned for our safety.

⸻ I wouldn’t stay here again. While there were thankfully no visible bugs in my room, the overall cleanliness was very poor. The sheets and pillowcases seemed clean, but the pillows, mattress, and comforters themselves were stained and unpleasant. The room also had a strong chemical smell that felt like it was trying to mask smoke. The bathroom, walls, and even the outlets were dirty and clearly not well maintained. To make matters worse, I overheard another guest at check-in loudly complaining about bugs, which didn’t inspire confidence. Overall, the experience felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

It was close to my location for the weekend The smell the stains on sheets the rude staff member. The fact that I had to pay extra at 3am for the same room I paid for online
