Breakfast lady associate was Very warm and friendly and kind, had everything warm and plenty of food ready she was Awesome

We stayed for 3 nights and it was very nice. The room was very clean. The amenities were great. The staff were wonderful to us and even our dog. They loved to give him treats. The breakfast in the morning had many different options. Would definitely stay again.

Easy check-in, very clean, quiet and spacious room. I would stay again. Breakfast was not as good as I would’ve expected, but the juice was great!

The sofa was horrifically uncomfortable and led to a terrible night’s sleep for 2 of the 4 people in our party. The staff acted like it was no big deal. I would challenge any of them to spend a night on one of their own sofa beds. Never have I ever seen a less enticing sleep surface. The mattress was wrapped in plastic that crinkled and crackled with every shift of weight. The bed surface tilted toward the head so steeply that getting out of bed was a gravity defying feat of strength reserved only for those with the strongest of cores. Breakfast was meh

This was our second stay, the room was clean, the staff was friendly and although the hotel was full up with young baseball teams and onsite event attendees our room was quiet. A few of the breakfast items ran out two of the three days we were there. Poor planning for a sold out hotel.

We only agreed because they told us our stay would not be charged. Turns out we were charged the full rate, because i guess they meant we wouldn't be charged a second time at the new hotel? After 3 hours on the phone between Expedia and the hotel did finally agree to issue the refund, but there has been no refund and no call back.
