A ok hotel. Close to where we needed to be

Avoid this place at any and all costs. Literal roach motel.

Tele remote kiosk check in very load . Kept me up all night . Bad AC

I didn't like anything about the stay, no amenities, it's a motel that looks like you charge by the hour don't go

Terrible.

Deadbolt didnt work. Matress was dirty. Sheets were too small to stay on the bed. Check in was with someone on a screen who I could barely hear. Key didnt work very well at all and took me a couple minutes to get into my room. Shower water got cold in about 10 minutes. This hotel is way too expensive for what it is. This is not a nice hotel.

I’m not having any complaints. Except why aren’t my DEPOSITS being returned! We have a good thing going on y’all. Don’t lose my business stealing my deposits. I’m owed 3 or 4 $50 deposits at the moment. THANKS!

No pool parking was ok staff was alright. Had a couple of fixtures broken bathroom just had a slide door with no way to lock

No staff on site. They have a remote monitor to check ypu in. People loitering outside all night. Tried charging me twice the amount I reserved for on Expedia. Place is beat up and run down. I left before ever getting to my room due to over charging. Go somewhere more reputable.

Got the second room again the 3rd time. It was a little more cleaner than the 1st time I had it. But I got some rest. No hassles no problems. In and out.

Well, the bathtub had brown gunk in it, the tv didn’t work outright, the “front desk” is a kiosk where groups of people stand in line and talk through a zoom call? We tried calling the phone number for the front office and they would pick up and pretend not to hear, big accusation, but I would speak regarding the issue and then immediately after the man on the phone would reply “hello?” Horrible experience. -1 star, truly go anywhere else

The room was clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable.

The 1st night was great. The second night I got a room that wasn’t as good as the 1st. Needed a little more cleaning. Other than that everything was smooth.

Staff is rude and condescending. Parking is scary and inconvenient. Signs everywhere about break-ins and not responsible for lost/stolen items. Tents in the parking lot. Cars on jacks, flat tires abandoned. They ask for unexpected deposits, and make you sign contract to accept all charges ( not specifically listed) and offer zero refunds for any reason ( even if they are at fault). Several people were at counter ( electronic keosk) complaining. Nasty place. DO JOT STAY HERE.
