POSSIBLE SCAM WARNING: The room was listed at $54, but then they wanted a $50 deposit. Left the room very clean, so waiting to see if we get our deposit back.

Looking from the outside I did not expect it to be as nice as what it was. The room was a very good size, the beds were super soft. So soft i wanted to stay forever! The amount of linens given were inadequate. For the number of people staying there were not enough towels. I had 3 people and there were only two sets of towels. When I went to ask for more I was told that I would have to wait until the morning. This was unacceptable as I was only staying for one night. Then when I went in the morning I still was unavailable to get more towels.

I love how clean the room was and how quick they would help you if something was wrong. The stove only uses certain pots and pans and I wish I would've been told that because I didn't have those type of pots

The quietness and the privacy

The TV was not working and it seems they have crack heads living in some of the units.

The hotel is the worst hotel I have ever lodged in, as far as I can remember. I came here with my family to spend a few days outside our state and town of residency. Upon getting to the allocated room, I found it heavily infested with cockroaches; the TV was not working, and the Wi-Fi was basically dead. After I complained to the staff on duty, she was annoyingly and surprisingly indifferent to my complaints. When I complained about the wifi, she told me that if it worked on her laptop, then it should work in my room, indirectly telling me my complaints were baseless. We booked two nights, but had to cancel the second because staying there for another night would have been a waste of our time. Everything about the hotel. Customer service is zero, it was infested with coackroach, smell of smoke everywhere around the hotel. Wifi/internet is dead.

The place was clean. It had no amenities. The bathroom door was broke and wouldn't shut. The hot and cold were backwards in the shower. A lot of yelling throughout the hotel. A constant drip outside from the AC unit above.

I had no blankets, small pillows and they couldn’t help me because they didn’t have any available! So I’m assuming they are a startup hotel but the place is a dump!

Nothing Bad outside , inside, no hair dryer, short on towels , shorten washcloths, no ice bucket one garbage can,

The bed was comfortable The staff was not good

Nothing There was no one physically at the property. Everything was done on kiosk. The one girl that was there couldn’t speak English and couldn’t tell me where the icemaker was. Charged me $15 for a towel that they said I shredded and it was like that when I got there then she wanted to know why I didn’t come and tell him because nobody is there.

I don't know I wait for over 1 hours for water in the bathrom. At the end the water came, but the toilet coud never flush. Finaly , i had to leave earlier to get an other place.

there were ants coming from a different room. the staff will take your deposit for using towels for their intended purpose.

People partying all night in the parking lot... Doors slamming at all hours of the night ... Virtual check in so getting someone to assist you was not an option ... absolutely a gross room outdated and felt very uncomfortable there

Not great overall.

I was checked in with a kiosk of a person possibly in another country. There is a language barrier, and we then had to wait for security to walk us to our rooms. No carts, so prepare to carry your things. The basic amenities, a tiny bar of soap, shampoo and fresh towels. This would work for a younger crowd looking to save money. It was Indy 500 weekend and this is the closest I could score in December. So, if you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t it. But, it will be a place to stay for a night prior to race day. Book ahead, I believe she said $860 to the couple in front of me that didn’t have a reservation.

The inside of the room was fine, beds were comfortable. The location is HORRIBLE. VERY UNSAFE. There are only sheets on the bed, there were people living in other rooms, our key had to be reprogrammed 5 times until they gave up and just let us in and if we needed to leave let them know. I will NEVER stay there again and advise anyone else to do the same. It was incredibly overpriced and I am guessing when the race is not happening those rooms go for a fraction of what we paid. It was a $49 room at BEST. The building was partially boarded up with chains on doors, absolutely unbelievable.
