The location was perfect because it was right off the highway and surrounded by so many stores and restaurants I liked it. No complaints

NA There’s no physical staff on-site. The staff check you in through an online virtual video call, which feels a little creepy. They also charged extra for an additional child.

I witnessed someone requesting maintenance because their toilet wouldn't flush and they were told to leave the lobby and not to come back.. You get what you pay for at this place!

I had to keep asking the front to fix my card to get in the room, it felt like they were rushing us out, they changed our room, and we couldn’t wash clothes.

Really nothing Everything the staff was kind but the owners were rudepeople He’s disrespectful that takes money and made a false charge and everything. It wouldn’t give me the money back. The root is in the worst hotel I’ve ever.

The hotel itself was fairly clean but pretty run down the staff was not friendly and the front desk woman was on a screen not in person and argued me on many issues. I was placed in a downgraded room from what I reserved and the staff was not friendly whatsoever and very argumentative when I just ask for the room I reserved

The room was clean and bathroom was nice. My only complaint was the yelling coming from the hallway all night from people checking in through the computer. Very noisy as I was close to the main lobby

The early check in was to high. You should be able to check in early without paying a 40 fee, should be cheaper. The 50 deposit for not smoking is to high for people that doesn't smoke.
