Studio 6 Indianapolis, IN

Cons: Absolutely NO kitchen utensils, cooking supplies (pots/pans), plates, cups, etc., SO MANY POTHOLES in the parking lot, had to check in thru a kiosk (while a person sat behind the desk and read a book), phome did not work, and did not feel like a really safe area.

A good value. To those who cited unsafe feeling too the area, the hotel has provided additional lighting and 24 hours security in the lobby. The parking lot does indeed have some major potholes in back so be careful. Hopefully they will fix.

This place was a dump. To complicate matters even further we left a set of AirPods in the room. When we got back to California, we called them and they had them, but they absolutely refused even though I offered to pay them to take them to the post office and send them home to us. They said we could come and pick them up. We live in California this dump is in Indianapolis. Never stay there again.

Cleanliness - Food residue and crumbs were on the table when we came in, and the flooring had shoeprints all over it that hadn't been cleaned. There were red stains on pillows and sheets, and general dust/debris throughout. Service - The check in was managed through a kiosk rather than an on person attendant, but the individual on the kiosk did help us get a different room with an additional bed. However, cleaning staff removed our towels on the second night and didn't replace them. When I went to get more from the front desk, they said they didn't have access to them but someone would be there tomorrow that did. They showed up around 30 minutes later after I had left to buy my own towels with replacements. I will not stay here again.

There is no live person at the front desk ever. Internet didn't work. Television didn't work. No one answered the phone when I called about the Internet and television not working. Would recommend staying anywhere else.

It’s a motel 6 so set your expectations accordingly. Room is clean and bug free. AC works. Fridge works. Hot water works. Hallways need more lighting.

Not a great experience and would not stay again.

The toilet didn't work

No in- person from midnight to 6am (they have a kiosk with someone on the other side to assist). The room was stuffy, the door of lvp and was very warped, stained carpet everywhere, people constantly coming in/ out, etc

The beds were super comfortable and it was quiet. Seriously best beds!! I hate the weird kiosk check in & I hate the fact you charge for early check in. Tvs are almost too small, they should be smart tvs so customers can log into their streaming apps

There was water issue so I did not stay please am waiting for my refund

Smells badly in the halls

Non-responsive location through bookings.com, email or phone. apparently they do not receive the messages all the messages.

The hotel room was clean it was a smooth check in. There is a 50.00 deposit which came back quickly. However the staff is very rude and not helpful at all. Especially the housekeeper lady she is very rude and getting things is like pulling teeth they expect you to know but they don’t tell you anything. Communication sucks I will not stay there again.

I don't like the fact the sign says $49 a night and they charge more. False Advertisement. They should be sued

I was disappointed with my stay at Studio 6. The room I was given looked nothing like the photos advertised online. I booked based on the pictures, but the actual room was much older and not what I expected. I believe the photos should accurately represent the rooms guests will receive. While the staff were okay, the misleading room photos made my experience disappointing. I hope the hotel updates its listing or ensures guests receive rooms that match what is advertised.I checked out early one night instead of two

Very good property over all. Room which was non smoking had a slight smoke smell.
