Not our favorite stay

Nothing I did not like this property at all. The listing was very misleading. The place smelled badly of cigarettes. It was also very disappointing there was no front desk attendant on property. Instead the check in was done via a virtual kiosk. The area this is located in was not safe. We overheard another patron at the kiosk complaining they had belongings stolen out of their room. We used the room for one hour to get ready for a concert we traveled to town for. Then out of fear our belongings might be stolen from our room we packed everything back up and did not return to the room because we were too afraid to go back to the area at night. I think listings should be more transparent when there is no staff on sight as the area was already very suspicious and the knowledge there would be nobody available if we needed help really made that feeling much worse. You also cannot reach anyone using the number provided in the booking and they also do not respond to messages in the booking app.

The bed was Super Comfortable!!!

We needed a hotel near Rick’s Cafe Boatyard and this one was available. The exterior of the property showed attempts at being maintained, but several rooms had damaged screens from the outside. The check-in was on a Zoom screen. The hallways were dim and smelled musty. The room itself was clean and updated. We won’t have occasion to use this hotel again but it’s kind of perfect for the Indy 500 crowd.

it was a nice space for the nights i needed but i just didn’t like the cable part i think you guys should invest in roku or something to make it easier on some customers

Check out is at 11am and someone was knocking on my door at 11:04 rushing me to check out. If that’s the case the $50 deposit should be accepted in cash and returned immediately after check out. I felt cheated because I also paid for early check in and the hotel wasn’t even busy. There’s no actual person to speak with if there were to be a more serious issue to arise. Not safe for the hotel guests.

You aren't able to check in with a live person it's all on a computer screen & it's difficult to hear them. It felt like it was 100 degrees in the lobby

Only one nught Sleezy

Booking.com says my reservation was never canceled and will not refund my money. The property will not respond to booking.com and does not answer the phone. I also never received my incidental deposit back. So I have now paid $225 for this room. Could have gone to a Hilton at that point. I would stay elsewhere.

Absolutely nothing Rude staff, not accommodating. Rooms look NOTHING as described. FILTHY DIRTY NASTY rooms. Horrible smell, smells like Newport smokehouse in a NON SMOKING room…HORRIBLE staff service. Nothing is good. Do not recommend!

The room was clean; bed was comfortable and the water hot for showers. Not much else. The hotel has limited check in and no general amenities such as in room coffee. It met our most basic needs for the say. The girl at the front desk was very friendly.

Internet does not work well

I liked the cheap price of the room The TV didnt work and there was no cable. The office staff was on a screen

The upstairs room obviously had a leak and it was everywhere in our bathroom
