Our room had blood in it and we immediately left. The front desk was EXTREMELY rude and of zero help. They refused to refund me so I had to dispute my charges. DO NOT RECOMMEND

My room was spotless and well stocked, the breakfast buffet was clean and well stocked, and the overnight front-desk clerk went above and beyond for me, while I was already stressed over a loved one in the hospital. It was a flawless stay.

Always a pleasure staying

Close and affordable distance from Methodist Hospital. An I like how the staff knew the lady and gentleman wasn't guest and let them have breakfast anyway. Humanity goes along way in my heart.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. The pool was small and the gym equipment needs to be updated or repaired.

I mostly liked the hotel - the staff was pretty friendly, it's relatively low priced, everything in the room works correctly, and it's clean. There's also an elevator and trolleys, a rinky dinky gym, and guest washer/dryer machines that admittedly do cost 2 dollars in quarters to use per cycle. The cable stack in the gym had a bunch of different cable attachments all on the same side and it was engineered to allow people to workout their entire body. However, discretion is heavily advised lest you get injured, because most of the seat attachments that you need to use to hold yourself in place while doing certain exercises are not adjustable - whoever set up the machine bolted them in place instead. The weight stack isn't labelled in lbs or kilos, just 1-20, but I think each weight is 10 pounds. And you can't really use the bicep curl bar either because there's not much free space between it and the wall. There's no dumbbells or bench, but there are a couple of cardio machines if that's what you're into. If I was the hotel owner, I'd sell the cable stack and put a row of dumbbells + a bench in that area.

The room was basic but clean. Staff were friendly and the location and cost were exceptional. The breakfast was pretty blah. Would have liked some bananas and bread options that were healthier as well as yogurt that wasn't all sweet.
