33 dollars to park per day, updating needed

The hospitality was above and beyond. Jeanie at the front desk was spectacular. Seeing I was traveling with my two granddaughters(Ages 6 and almost 4) she had a room for me on the first floor in the perfect spot without out me saying a word.

To much traffic

Our stay was great and we will likely book again if we come back to Indy. We had a large room with. Kitchenette which saved a lot of headache trying to decide on places to eat due to allergies. One downfall was both burners didn’t work. Maintenance came to look but there was no follow-up. We had 1 small burner which was t the end of the world. All other amenities were great, pool was warm( outdoor use a little maintenance but it’s fine), breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Location as great as well, right on the canal

The location off the canal was perfect. Loved the view! The elevator was broken so we could only use one elevator the entire stay, the pool was foggy and the chlorine was super strong, ONE ice machine in the entire hotel is awful.

Staff was great. Amenities were great

Staff was great, rooms were renovated and spacious. Only issue due to new flooring the bathroom door did not close easily scraping the floor.

The location was charming. Being right by the canal made us feel like we were in Amsterdam! The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious. It had two rooms with a large tv that swiveled so we could watch it from the couch or bed.

Absolutely lovely area. Right on the carnal. Rooms were clean and very comfy beds. Will definitely stay again!

The location was perfect I enjoy the canal. It is within walking distance of many things. The room was very spacious and clean. The room has a full kitchen.

The bathroom door looked like someone tried busting into it so it was cracked and the windows were cloudy so couldn't see out of them that well but very minor inconvenience!

Great breakfast

We had a fire alarm and the alarm went off for hours, couldn't get back into our room on Friday, there should be a credit coming back to us.

No es la primera vez que me quedo en este hotel porque me encanta; la cama es cómoda, el aire funciona súper bien, internet rápido, mi habitación me la entregaron súper limpia y con todo lo necesario. El servicio en el desayuno es bueno, me trataron muy bien. Está increíble para pasar un fin de semana con tu familia.
