Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis at the Capitol

Room was remodeled but hotel is showing age. Staff was great.

My room was updated and clean with a very comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bistro was a life saver

very nice hotel. the parking lot is very nice because you are in the heart of downtown and there are only parking garages for the other hotels and we were in a large truck with a trailer. would definitely stay here again.

The bed linens were damp and mildew smelling.

The older gentleman that checked us in was very nice and helpful. He was also there over the course of our stay and always greeted us .

The initial room we were placed in ws trashed. Looks like it was a party room and housekeeping didn't attend to the room. Trash everywhere,

the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, we enjoyed the stay.

Good property with an excellent location. Bistro food was average and expensive. Staff was extremely helpful.

My reservation could not be found. Staff allowed us to check in anyway then all was settled. Room was kind of small but overall hotel was ok, and clean. Afternoon treats in lobby were nice. Pool looked good but we didn’t have time.

Perfect location and helpful staff

I would prefer the front desk be manned or the doors to outside be locked after midnight. I walked right in after midnight and no one was at the desk. Great parking.

The older gentleman JMC who checked us in was extremely kind and helpful. Gave us suggestions of dinner places to check out. The room was VERY cleaned and stocked with plenty of toiletries and towels.

Actually offered Starbucks drinks on a limited menu, however when downstairs for AM food, it was à la cart - pay per item microwave style warm up or bagel. I forget the location being similar reminds me where we live, it won’t have a full breakfast Buffett like most we’ve visited ( you couldn’t even call it a continental breakfast pay for what you can get. ) Room was nice, shower had a semi good water pressure stream, perfect for the 2+1/2 visit. ++ for having a nice size indoor pool open til 11pm.Downside charges for daily parking. ( when not booked directly through Marriott Bonvey..)

The staff at the breakfast bar were exceptionally polite, friendly and kind. Checkout was fast and without a problem. I will definitely use Courtyard again.

The room was clean and very spacious for our needs. Everything worked as it should and the beds were comfortable. Check in was easy and it was very convenient to the location where we were going. I'd give this a 5 if it weren't for the breakfast. It was absolutely disgusting. They feature a "Bistro" that serves breakfast and dinner. It was supposed to be made to order, but I think that meant remove it from the wrapper and put it in the microwave. You have to pay for coffee (unlike at most hotels these days) and what I got was at the very bottom of the pot. It was lukewarm at best. We paid $36 for this breakfast and pitched most of it in the garbage. If you are staying here, be sure to plan ahead for breakfast as you will be most disappointed in what they are offering. We would have been better off Door Dashing McDonald's. I will be making another trip to Indianapolis and I will keep this in mind for my next trip.
