Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis at the Capitol

they charge 33.00 a day for parking. They offer no free continual breakfast. A cup of coffee, burrito, cup f oatmeal with fruit cost 40.00. They give you a bag with water, chips and a cookie upon checking in, thought it was free only to be charged 6.00 for it.

The staff was super friendly, everything was stocked well. I like that fact that if I were staying due to going to the hospital the next morning they provided a parking pass and free breakfast. I am Handicapped and bound to my wheelchair. I cannot stand. I called ahead to make sure I was able to get a handicap room. When we arrived I was pretty disappointed that the bathroom had a bath tub instead of roll in show (which I saw pictured on the Google Photos) I went to the front desk and asked if I could at least get a shower chair so I could take a shower prior to my surgery scheduled the next morning. The woman at the front desk did all she could to try and find me one but she was unsuccessful. I wound up have to very awkwardly get down onto the floor in the bath tub to get cleaned up. My husband actually wound up straining by his back lifting me back out when I was finished. Also, I had really hoped to be able to do a bit of strolling around the town a bit in my free time but it was fairly difficult getting out to the main road due to the sidewalks being either cracked really badly or towards the entrance of the parking lot the sidewalks were extremely steep and uneven to the point that my wheelchair lost grip on one side and I almost rolled into the busy roadway. I really believe considering the amount of hospitals in close proximity to this hotel there should be a few more steps taken to accommodate the handicapped personnel.

Clean, easy to access, nice location.

Staff and amenities great. My one quibble was that all but one of the exercise machines were not in service. Disappointing!

The staff was kind. Parking was not included in the price. My final bill was $33 more due to paying for a parking pass.

Probably the dirtiest courtyard I’ve ever stayed at. Room smelled like a high school locker room. Won’t stay again.

Downtown A lot of broken things. Key pads didn’t work, ice machine was broken, sinks were clogged, toilet wouldn’t flush

Property clean. Front desk clerk Jason was very nice and helpful. Parking fee high. Does not include breakfast.

Unfortunately our first night we had to deal with ants in the room. Even the bed had ants crawling. The management moved us to another room the next day which helped. I want to believe this is attributed to the warm weather ..... I am always happy with my stays at the Marriott. This was just Unfortunate.

During my stay the tv lost it’s signal avfew times, the room telephone didn’t work, the ice machine on my floor was out of service and there were children in the room above mine who were making so much noise I had to have the front desk intervene. All these things were an inconvenience but the hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The young lady that checked me in started with a X but I can’t remember her name

- Room was very spacious for the price Cons: - Wifi did not work well at all, signal was not present on the third floor, staff couldn't resolve the issue - Breakfast bar closed too early at 10am, 11am would be preferable

The staff here is absolutely wonderful, very friendly and customer focused. The location is very convenient to all downtown activities, I suggest walking along the canal. Indianapolis is absolutely a beautiful city with a small town feel.

Room was clean enough, front desk staff were wonderful, beds were just ok. Chose this one for the location which was close to everything downtown

The room was clean and great for our weekend trip. It was comfortable. My children had a great time. Very accommodating when needing extra pillows and blankets. Friendly staff. Great experience.
