Facility was clean and room was newer/up to date.
-
Very expensive parking ($48 a night). Hotel was ok, nothing luxurious. Staff was very friendly.
-
Great location, close to the university. Clean rooms, good breakfast. The attached parking garage was cramped- not great if you have a big vehicle.

This is a great hotel to stay at if you're in town for something like GenCon. It was only a 15 minute walk along the canal. Because the hotel is connected to the Homewood Suites property there is two different breakfast options which are both grab-and-go style. The property was very clean looking and when you first walk in there were multiple people at the entrance to help get folks checked in.

Very clean and staff was very attentive to my needs.

Parking garage is very tight, and it was difficult to park nightly. On top of being a nightly frustration we were paying $50 daily for this. When spoke to front desk they said they could not help answer any questions on parking and that the only one who could help would be valet. Valet was busy, but when able to talk it was pretty much if there is a spot that is all they can do. Some spots were so tight that we had to crawl out trunk. Not fun to pay a lot of money for something this frustrating.

Although my booking said there was no meal option with the booking there was actually complementary breakfast included. Staff were all nice and friendly. Location is a little farther out of the centre of town but we were OK for walking around and also to the zoo.

Great location. Very clean and nice room.

Location and amenities Parking was a walk unless you pay $50

The bed wasn't as comfortable as the last stay's. Maybe an older bed?

After my last stay here's hiccups, the staff made everything much better this time. Very thankful for their efforts to make this visit much smoother. The bed wasn't as comfortable as the last stay's. Maybe an older bed?

Parking was easy and the location was near many walkable eating destinations. Right in the canal made for a nice walk after dinner. The room was large and clean. Breakfast had a good selection. I didn’t use the other amenities, but people were enjoying them. The hotel was pet friendly with a fee. I would stay there again.

Awesome stay. Nice, clean, and amazing staff.

AwsOME hotel, one of the best❗️
-
Great hotel to be able to walk out the door and right to the Canal Walk.
-
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the check in person was very nice. The building itself historic and interesting, and the location on the canal made for a lovely walk. However, the hotel itself is huge and it was crowded which made it feel loud and a bit chaotic. The furninishings in the common areas need to be refreshed and the breakfast was barely adequate for the price we paid. In the pictures, it looked like there was an outside bar; if there was, we couldn't find it. I also didn't expect to pay $48 to park overnight. I don't think it was worth the money for our overnight stop in Indianapolis.

Also I always look forward to their breakfast which was quality breakfast but this time it was very mediocre and lacking. They didn't even have a pancake and waffle station! How do you not have waffles or pancake?! I don't know when management changed but I'm not happy.
-
I Like, This Hotel Because it’s really clean. It’s not smoking inside any people.

Outside of the lack of parking, this was a great stay.
