Hampton Inn Indianapolis Downtown IUPUI

Room only had 1 roll of TP. Valet service/app wonky - says didn’t get request. App offers opportunity to leave tip, but there’s a fee. And 3% surcharge if you use a credit card; no surcharge if you use debit. Lovely outdoor space with two gas fire pits.

Did not have Gideon Bibles in room. Design was no drawers in rooms. Disappointed that bibles were no longer present. Will consider using another hotel chain that allows Gideon bibles.

Everything was clean and well maintained. It is right across the street from the campus which is super convenient. There is a parking garage but it has very limited spaces. There is a Starbucks on the corner. There is an indoor pool and workout facility in the building. Short walk to many restaurants. I’d stay there again.

Parking is terrible. The garage is small. And have to pay to park at the hotel.

We had some friends and family remembers that would stop by to visit with no place to sit except for the bed in our roooms. It was a little awkward to say the least. No rollaway beds available at all. Should be some type of better seating in some of these rooms.

Once we arrived, there was no parking. So they made us do a valet parking that cost an additional fifty dollars. I don't have any idea why there was not enough parking for the rooms. It was really an inconvenience. I wouldn't recommend staying here just for that reason

Breakfast was great and the location of it was nice and handy ! Everything was just perfect. The only issue we had was, we could not get out of the parking garage. The automatic arm would not go out.

Great property and great staff! Not a lot of options, but otherwise breakfast was also good.

Exceptional

The breakfast was great. My concern was the lack of restaurants in the vicinity. Had to call and place order for food. No bar or restaurant in the hotel. No working ice machine on the 7th floor where my room was and I had to go down to the 2nd floor each time for ice.

The room was large and clean. I thought the hot food at breakfast was a little disappointing. Sausages were cold and bacon was overcooked.Coffee urns were frequently empty.

Nice hotel

Very good

Was nice to have 2 breakfast locations.

I don't like the 50 dollars to park overnight

Put more meat for breakfast

Everything about the property was great

Parking garage entry and exit system not working properly

Easy location to access, love the in and out ease of the garage with room key. Check in was quick and easy, staff was all pleasant and helpful, room was clean and updated, and gym was clean and a great size, Will stay again for future needs!

The bed was so uncomfortable. I tossed and turned all night and woke up with a terrible backache. I’ve never slept in a bed in a hotel that was as uncomfortable as this one was.
