Does not like a safe place. Charge me $70 deposit and only refund $60 without any explanation

I show up right on time as discussed; they dold my room. And kept my money. Try finding a room at midnight in Indianapolis. Left me stranded when I needed a bed

Room had bed bugs sprayed digger still in room lines on floor and trash bags bug in sink mold in fridge and bugs charged me 70 for incidentals and 2 for water fee haven’t received refund we did not stay

I arrived just before 10pm to an overwhelming smell of marijuana smoke in the parking lot. As I walked to the front door I saw a notice from the city taped up because the hotel's hot water wasn't working. After checking in (just in time, the metal shutter over the desk was rolled down for the night right after) I went to my room to find the temperature had been set to about 58 degrees. The room itself was shabby enough that I decided to stay with a friend for the weekend instead. I've stayed in Super 8 hotels before so I wasn't expecting luxury, but an air mattress in my friend's basement was preferable to this place.

They had no hot water and still charged for “utilities”. The last night the fire alarm went off twice. We had a dirty towel in our room but still charged extra for “house keeping”. It smelled so bad in the hall and the room. In the hall it smelled like pee and the room was just like mildew. There were roaches in the back hall.

No Hot Water. They don’t refund you if you leave before checking in

Who runs a hotel without hot water ?? I was confirmed for a rate of $108 and with all the hidden charges it up to $140. Plus $70 security charge. As per front desk personnel, it’s has been many days w/0 hot water.

No hot water. Waste of time.

They cancelled my reservation, i reached the hotel at 11 pm, they said the hotel is overbooked and left me and my family hanging in middle of night. We need to find another arrangement in middle of night. This is a worst experience we ever had

Stayed for 14 nights without hot water

Staff is very unprofessional and always arguing with each other not to mention rude to guest. Not just us but also someone who called from their room to complain about added fees never mentioned to them. Checking in, and 3 different extra fees that weren't mentioned online, had to be paid up front. The room was semi clean. Fake finger nail on the floor and hair in the shower where the only complaints we had about the cleanliness. Bed was hard and one side had a pretty big dip in it. The smoke detector was taken off three wall from above the bed... all in all, we were more than ready to get home.

There was a sign on the door that said no hot water

When we arrived staff was standing outside the front entrance. There was a violation notice on the front door. They were shut down due to no hot water.

Fortunately, thanks to Expedia, I was able to get relocated.

There is absolutely nothing stocked in the kitchenette. No plates, silverware, pots/pans, etc.
