Studio 6 Corporate Extended Stay Indianapolis, IN - North Carmel

I didn't like anything about it. The place was run down, dirty, with noisy A/Cs and constantly running toilets. Towels were threadbare and the common areas were used for folding the laundry.

Great location It was oversold, smelled like cigarettes and did not feel clean

Location was good. Kitchen was good size. It smelled like wet animals when you walked in the back door. The rooms weren’t great, and were very outdated. Sink in bathroom had difficult time draining. Bathrooms very outdated.

Nothing. I have stayed in worse hotels and I have stayed in much more expensive, but this is the worst quality of room to cost ratio in my life. Carmel is expensive, but I recommend you pay more elsewhere 1) Price far exceeded quality, 2) the stench, 3) sticky carpet, 4) noisy fridge, 5) absence ANYTHING in the "kitchenette" -- even a single glass, 6) semi-warm shower, 7) no coffee, 8) apathetic staff

2. Stairs and hallways leading to our room dirty. Our room was ok just outdated and musty smell. 3. Not even a bar of soap in the bathroom 4. The mattress had a plastic cover on it and was too big for it and it wrinkled up. Bed not comfortable at all. Pillows were completely flat. This a two star hotel at best. Not worth what we paid. Very disappointed.

The reception desk was cluttered and unkept. The appearance of the receptionist lets just say was far from professional.

I did not like ANYTHING about it, it was discussing & a disgrace. I slept in my clothes only because we came in after Midnight and got out at 7am, gross. Yuck. Dirty everything, leftover trash, unclean towels, a hole in the wall, dirty rug, smells like cigarettes' and old everywhere. no hot water. never again.

There was no breakfast. There was no hot water. I requested a discounted price and was told - No, they couldn't do that. But I couldn't cancel my reservation because it was the day I was supposed to be there.

Comfortable room and was clean Hot water wasn’t working but I knew that before booking still slept great and the cold shower helped wake me for my long drive haha

Nothing!! I didn't even stay because it was completely disgusting and they would not give me a refund. I ended up sleeping in my car.

Nothing. It has a sign on it that said there is no hot water and no fire alarm. Also, the phone number listed on their website doesn’t work. They also double charged me. I refused to stay there and they’ve said they can’t process refunds. This place is border line criminally negligent.

The staff are very kind and hardworking. The staff are very kind and doing the best they can. It is clear that corporate or the owner has set this hotel up to fail. It is dirty, understocked and completely unsafe. We paid $300 (yes during Indy 500 weekend) for a queen size bed, a dirty hotel room and my kids had to sleep on the floor - there weren't even extra pillows to give them because the hotel was out.

The staff was nice and friendly We had no hot water and yet had to pay an extra 4 dollars for utilities. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was yellow from being smoked in previously. Hair was left in shower from previous people who stayed. Also there was something yellow in the toilet when we got there don’t know if it was pee or cleaner but either way gross next time it should be flushed either way. All around not a good experience but it was a 2 day stay for cheap and you get what you pay for.

I reserved a room early in the week. Arrived a little before 10pm with 2 10yo boys that had 8am baseball games. Was told they typically overbook with thoughts they have people cancel. Needless to say, they did not have a room for us. Did nothing about it. Ended up driving 40 minutes to find a hotel and getting the boys to sleep at midnight. Will not be booking here again. Not worth the risk of arriving for them to not honor a room.

Also, TiaJuana who checked me in after hours spent 1 1/2 hours on phone with agent from Booking.com as that agent couldn’t figure out what confirmation number he needed to give her that showed I had paid in advance. She was professional & very patient; never becoming rude or unkind while being on hold numerous times until Booking.com agent finally got the correct number from Booking.com that showed I had paid. Tina & Greg were great front desk managers who helped me & my family immensely (several times).
