Studio 6 Corporate Extended Stay Indianapolis, IN - North Carmel

When I arrived the room smelt disgusting, like urine. I was given a can of spray which did nothing for the smell. There were roaches crawling on my towels and on my stuff. I was charged a cleaning fee and utility fee separate than the total at the beginning of my stay, and was told that they only clean AFTER I leave. My room was also not fully cleaned upon entering, little hairs in the tub, back board of the bed dirty and pee stains all over the rug. I was told, “well it is a dog friendly hotel.” That shouldn’t matter, don’t put your guests in disgusting rooms. Then, I was offered by a customer service representation two days before I left for a room change. Why would I want to change my room then? For the possibility of another nasty room? I should’ve been refunded the cleaning fee at least. The staff member continually blamed management for how terrible the hotel was, but my issue was everytime I went to my room he was sitting in watching tv in the little lobby area if that’s what you want to call it. If he really felt so bad, he wouldn’t have made me carry my roach filled towels myself and had me go outside to throw my own trash away. He could’ve done it because that should’ve been covered in the cleaning fee!!! Never again! Smelly! Unhygenic! Disgusting! Even more affordable hotels should have standards!

None I booked this hotel via booking.com Went there to check in & manager told me they don't have hot water & it has been going on for days & they don't know when it will come back. Manager said to contact booking.com & he will provide them with information regarding not having hot water , so I can get my money back. I called booking com & told them the issue about hot water & that I didn't check in. I paid $161.90 for 2 nights. After looking into the matter booking com did not refund my money & gave me a 10$ credit for next booking. I called the hotel & lady staff said my hands are tied & to dispute transaction with my bank. I set up a dispute with my bank, but did not get my refund. I have been tricked by booking.com charging me for services I did not receive.

Great price. Loved the individual kitchens. Was cozy. Bed wasn't very comfortable. No cleaning of the room during my stay.

Would not stay here again.

Location is fine. Plenty of parking. I’m never coming back though Not clean. Run down. We had to wait for our room to be ready. The staff was attentive

Hidden fees. Other than that it was ok smelled like a dog kennel

They basically don’t tell you this cause it’s in fine print (no bad to the employees there it’s management that hides behind them making the rules ) So add 12$ to whatever your final bill total is . That’s the real price , and no refunds if you decide against it Other than that . Everything was fine . And good fast free WiFi

They were price gouging, it was a dump, it smelled, there were sketchy people walking around. Was this a halfway house?

Does not like a safe place. Charge me $70 deposit and only refund $60 without any explanation

Nothing There was no hot water and I had to find accommodation elsewhere. Now 3 weeks later I'm yet to get my refund. Issuing my refund in a timely manner.

Exceptional

I show up right on time as discussed; they dold my room. And kept my money. Try finding a room at midnight in Indianapolis. Left me stranded when I needed a bed

Room had bed bugs sprayed digger still in room lines on floor and trash bags bug in sink mold in fridge and bugs charged me 70 for incidentals and 2 for water fee haven’t received refund we did not stay

I arrived just before 10pm to an overwhelming smell of marijuana smoke in the parking lot. As I walked to the front door I saw a notice from the city taped up because the hotel's hot water wasn't working. After checking in (just in time, the metal shutter over the desk was rolled down for the night right after) I went to my room to find the temperature had been set to about 58 degrees. The room itself was shabby enough that I decided to stay with a friend for the weekend instead. I've stayed in Super 8 hotels before so I wasn't expecting luxury, but an air mattress in my friend's basement was preferable to this place.

They had no hot water and still charged for “utilities”. The last night the fire alarm went off twice. We had a dirty towel in our room but still charged extra for “house keeping”. It smelled so bad in the hall and the room. In the hall it smelled like pee and the room was just like mildew. There were roaches in the back hall.

No Hot Water. They don’t refund you if you leave before checking in
