Studio 6 Corporate Extended Stay Indianapolis, IN - North Carmel

Who Owns this Studio 6 ??? The first floor is Flooded and Mold and mildew have set in in the last 4 weeks since it happened… The laundry facilities are on the first floor and I was told you don’t want to go down there. The Staff was very nice but they have no control over what the owner is doing or not Doing The staff doesn’t even have control over the one or 2 cameras on the property which is definitely not enough… Tina, Haley, Matt, Aspen are All good Kind People but Whoever owns this Property seems like he is a Slumlord… For the neighborhood This place should be Top Notch! It’s below anyone’s Standards I feel Sorry for the Employees They also deserve better working accommodations … CiecieK Everything, The Employees very nice and kind and thoughtful… The Hotel is the Worst I’ve ever encountered and it has nothing to do with employees… It’s the owner Slumlord…

I only stayed for one night at this extended stay. Staff was very helpful, especially getting me a new key late at night when mine stopped working. Hallways / lobby had a smell of cigarettes. Room was clean but the A/C fan was loud and clunky.

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Studio 6 Extended stay. The continental breakfast selection was extensive, parking attendants helpful, and rooms maintained pristine conditions. Well-marked fire exits and safety instructions were visible.

Has gone downhill since we stayed here 2 years ago. At that time it was an extended stay brand and was decent.

Studio 6 Extended stay blends modern design with timeless hospitality. The sushi restaurant was phenomenal, rooms featured floor-to-ceiling windows, and we appreciated the coded room entry system and emergency lighting throughout.

Since this is an extended stay some people live here. They hallway carpet was pretty gross and the air smelled like fried foods. In the room it was clean and the bed was comfortable but the a.c. couldn't keep up, so we slept warm. Overall, it provided us what we needed, which was a place to sleep after a concert.

Shotty wifi, connects when it wanted to. Dirty hallways, old/ stained carpet, my room was just not clean. The shower looked like it hadn't been actually cleaned, the tub might have been wiped down. My sheets had hairs on them. Water was shutoff for a day.

Toilet in one room wouldn’t quit running, crumbs of something on the clean bed😡, no one to answer the front desk at check in or to call and complain. Second room you couldn’t run water in the sink cause it drained into a BUCKET! Beyond horrible!!!

The property wasn’t very well maintained. The phone in my room was broken as well as the towel rack in the bathroom. But this is also what you get for a lower price location. It met the needs I needed at the time.

When I arrived the room smelt disgusting, like urine. I was given a can of spray which did nothing for the smell. There were roaches crawling on my towels and on my stuff. I was charged a cleaning fee and utility fee separate than the total at the beginning of my stay, and was told that they only clean AFTER I leave. My room was also not fully cleaned upon entering, little hairs in the tub, back board of the bed dirty and pee stains all over the rug. I was told, “well it is a dog friendly hotel.” That shouldn’t matter, don’t put your guests in disgusting rooms. Then, I was offered by a customer service representation two days before I left for a room change. Why would I want to change my room then? For the possibility of another nasty room? I should’ve been refunded the cleaning fee at least. The staff member continually blamed management for how terrible the hotel was, but my issue was everytime I went to my room he was sitting in watching tv in the little lobby area if that’s what you want to call it. If he really felt so bad, he wouldn’t have made me carry my roach filled towels myself and had me go outside to throw my own trash away. He could’ve done it because that should’ve been covered in the cleaning fee!!! Never again! Smelly! Unhygenic! Disgusting! Even more affordable hotels should have standards!

I paid for 2 queen beds but only got a queen bed

I booked this hotel via booking.com Went there to check in & manager told me they don't have hot water & it has been going on for days & they don't know when it will come back. Manager said to contact booking.com & he will provide them with information regarding not having hot water , so I can get my money back. I called booking com & told them the issue about hot water & that I didn't check in. I paid $161.90 for 2 nights. After looking into the matter booking com did not refund my money & gave me a 10$ credit for next booking. I called the hotel & lady staff said my hands are tied & to dispute transaction with my bank. I set up a dispute with my bank, but did not get my refund. I have been tricked by booking.com charging me for services I did not receive.

Great price. Loved the individual kitchens. Was cozy. Bed wasn't very comfortable. No cleaning of the room during my stay.

Would not stay here again.

Location is fine. Plenty of parking. I’m never coming back though Not clean. Run down. We had to wait for our room to be ready. The staff was attentive

Hidden fees. Other than that it was ok smelled like a dog kennel

They basically don’t tell you this cause it’s in fine print (no bad to the employees there it’s management that hides behind them making the rules ) So add 12$ to whatever your final bill total is . That’s the real price , and no refunds if you decide against it Other than that . Everything was fine . And good fast free WiFi
