Hampton Inn Jackson Hole

This hotel was clean and convenient to restaurants and other attractions but was way too expensive. Could have stayed at other places in the area that were unique to Jackson for the same price.

Very clean property in a great location, parking can be tight and they now charge a daily parking rate, which seems a bit strange given the location. The only issue we had was the breakfast was mediocre at best and the hotel only has down feather pillows available, with no other options for those with down allergies. Helpful staff that were constantly maintaining the property.

Nice Hampton Inn but we only had a desk chair in our room and no other chair for relaxing or reading… new concrete was poured so the main entrance was blocked off and construction was going on next door so entering and exiting was a little tricky but that’s just a minor inconvenience… nice fire pit out front to relax by… overall it was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and status quo for hotel breakfasts.

Very nice hotel. Room was a little small. Breakfast was great and we appreciated the cut fresh fruit. We were disappointed that on top of the already high price, the hotel charges $20 per night for parking. But overall a great place to stay.

Cockroaches in room, many cockroaches in the room. Left a day early and they would not give me a full refund

This Hampton inn is far below the standard Hampton . hotel is dark, dated, and dingy. Beds are too soft and old. They don’t even have room darkening curtains so the parking lot lights shine into the room while trying to sleep. It is way overpriced for the quality of the hotel.

Cookies at 4:30-5 never came out the whole time I stayed. I know, it's a added bonus if they do. They added $20.00 a day for parking, I didn't know until I received my credit card bill. It should have been stated, no one mentioned it, I called and they told me that parking fee started in July. I have stayed here 4 times, the rates are now 3 times what it was in May and they added a parking fee. I'll have to think about staying here or not in the future.

We especially enjoyed sitting by the outside fire pit. This hotel is conveniently located near food places and a Target. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Clean rooms and facilities. Breakfast was okay, nothing to brag about. Friendly staff. Would recommend
