The Virginian Lodge, an Outbound Hotel

Had a change of dates, unwilling to work with us even thought they had availability. Also could not get a return call back from the manager. Kept our money was the kicker! Horrible customer service and no common sense.

We stayed at the property a couple days while touring Grand Tetons. Our room was in one of the 2 story buildings and was clean and comfortable. The room was very much decorated in the old lodge look. Our only "complaint" was that the AC unit was very touchy and didn't always work as it should. The resort itself was nice and we enjoyed the courtyard, fire pits and Smores..

The room and bathroom are pretty spacious, there is an open closet section in the bathroom which is convenient. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and well decorated. When I entered the room there was a smell I really disliked, I don’t know if it was detergent or cleaning products or something else but it was really not great. Very expensive for what it is. Outside ouf town center so you’d need to take your car to go anywhere or walk a bit by the road. Truly I do not understand how this is rated 4 stars on booking, this is not a 4 stars hotel.

Exceptional

We had a wonderful stay at the Virginian. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. Best of all the hot tubs were hot! Loved the activities available each night and having everything we needed within walking distance.

Very overpriced for a motel! maybe better for ski season!?? enjoyed the pool and hot tub... and smores by firepit at night! Very good restaurant on premises for breakfast!!!

We really enjoyed The Virginian. Evenings around the fire pits create a nice community feel. Line dancing one night, painting and sipping wine another. Room was solid (could use a little more lighting). Pillows were unusually good - big, full king size pillows.

Excellent stay, room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Food on site was great! The pool was also lovely. Really great location to both downtown Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National Park N/a

It was nice and clean, very friendly people. The organize a lot of fun activities like karaoke, line dancing. -

The views were amazing. The fire pits and the pool hot tub were also a fab experience in the evening.

Exceptional

Looks like it was in old lodge that was renovated very nicely The location was about a 15 minute walk from downtown Jackson hole with sidewalks the whole way. The pool was very nice. The view was also very nice. The hot tub was amazing. The burgers next-door at the saloon. I believe it was called. Billy‘s burgers were pretty expensive but worth it. We did have a small problem with our key card as it kept getting demagnetize by putting our key card close to our phone or credit cards or something. We’re not quite sure but we had to go to the front desk twice to have them redo our cards. The two gentlemen at the front desk were very friendly, welcoming and informative, but need a little work on their dad jokes. All in all I would recommend the Virginian to my friends and family who looked to visit Jackson hole.

A beautiful hotel! A home away from home- so many wonderful things added from the hotel for everybody! Can’t wait to go back

Nice courtyard with the pool firepits etc. coffee and water all day at registration desk Jackson overall is pricey and so was this hotel. Staying at a comparable hotel in Cody WY for nearly 1/2 the price
