The Wyoming Inn of Jackson Hole

Room was very clean, and the staff was wonderful. We loved the free cookies! The coffee and tea bar was a nice touch, and having fruit and snack options available was especially helpful on our early mornings. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! The beds were super comfy, the fact you get robes and slippers - amazing. We loved the little things they offered, fruit and drinks at the desk, snacks too. The staff was super helpful with any questions and they have a shuttle to take you downtown if you wanted too.

Beautiful lobby. Greeted by friendly Theo who got all of our heavy luggage. Room was spacious and inviting. Black out curtains and quiet outside resulted in the best night sleep there and it was our 9th night and 4 th hotel during our 2 park tour. Loved the breakfast and Yellowstone video! Like most hotels in Jackson Hole, the cost was a little shocking.

Breakfasts were excellent. We didn't eat any other meals there. Free laundry was a bonus. Theo was particularly friendly and helpful, especially with dinner reservations at a classic Jackson restaurant. Only one elevator, so occasional waits. But it was tolerable.

Staff was great, room was a little outdated but comfy. A bit far from the downtown (about 1 mile), and room felt a little drab and outdated.

We had a wonderful stay here. Hotel is very clean and beds are comfortable. Everyone in the staff is very nice and helpful. Highly recommend, great place to stay with family.

Hotel staff did a superb job with recommendations for our short stay. Theo took great care of us making sure we had transportation to restaurants and helped us decide on what to do. We’ll be back.

The hotel feels very cozy, as does the room. The location is just a short drive or 30 minute walk to the town centre. The gym and hot tub was a nice bonus Free tea and coffee in the morning. Hotel room cleaned every day Free laundry available Nice interior My wife mistakenly left a pair of shoes in the room after checking out. We returned to the hotel a few hours after checkout and were told they'd been disposed of. The member of staff told us that the justification for that was that they were left by the trash can, but we know this to not be the case, as the reason they were left behind is because they were slightly concealed by the bed sheet hanging off (not next to the trash can). This felt slightly deceitful, and we also feel it was poor to dispose of them so quickly. Ideally they would have a policy of storing items in lost property for at least a day, enabling us to retrieve them. They were shoes that we needed for our trip. On a more general note, the hotel staff were not as warm and friendly as we experienced in other hotels.

The staff was amazing! Megan at the front desk was so kind and helpful. She made two weary travelers so happy! The restaurant is excellent and the staff here is too. So clean, beautifully appointed and just what we needed.
