Convenient location but property was dated. Offered a gourmet restaurant on site but lacked many options and was expensive. Need more restaurants and better parking in town.

When we checked in, there was a fire going in the fireplace, coffee & fresh cookies! It is located in the perfect spot with plenty of parking and a shuttle if you need it. Dinner was delicious at the Whistling Grizzly! Make sure you make reservations~your dining experience will not disappoint you. I will definitely book again in our future travels!!!

The restaurant is awful, very slow, with exceptionally poor lighting. There is no 4 star service. And the location is not great in Jackson Hole.

Excellent hotel in Jackson. Very comfortable and well maintained. Our room was outstanding. We had a small suite and it had a nice sitting area. It was our anniversary and they arranged a nice bouquet of flowers. Highly recommended.

I wouldn’t call it a resort or luxurious, but it was very comfortable and inviting. The staff was super accommodating and our room was very comfortable after a long day out in the elements. It’s not walking distance to town, but they offer a shuttle which is very helpful. I would stay again. Coffee, morning coffee is so important to so many people. Having room service or a carafe in the hall would have clinched it. Keurigs are out and real milk with real coffee is where it’s at Room service would be nice Restaurant could look more like a restaurant than a hotel lobby

2nd time staying here in Jackson. Prefer it to the downtown spots due to ease of parking while close enough to everything. Well kept property with everything needed for rooms.
