The room was very clean, but it had only a bed, a mini fridge with a microwave on top, and a nightstand. Again, while it isn't high on my list, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again, especially since I only slept there and didn't "hang out" at the hotel. A chair to use the flip-down countertop under the TV would have been nice. The cost of what was provided did not match. Additionally, the hotel is a little far (which is all relative) to walk to downtown, especially at night.

The pillow had blood stains when I checked in, very uncomfortable and concerning. But they refused to offer a partial refund.

Good breakfast menu. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were nice! A tub to soak & relax at the end of day was great! Super good location- can walk all over town. I wished they have waffle and skim milk for breakfast but no big deal.

There was a kitchen and a large refrigerator, bunk beds were interesting. They cleaned the rooms. We used the kitchen countertop for toiletries space. It was cute at first, Kitchen nice but living space cramped. Nice TV set, better than other hotels. They did not supply facial tissues in the bathroom. First place ever that did not supply facial tissues. Not really the fault of the hotel but there was a boil water alert that really messed up our evening when we got there as we had to figure out how to boil everything. When we called the lobby the first time, the person who answered did not offer free bottled water or even tell us that they had filtered water in the lobby. It was the next day that another person mentioned the fact. Though there was a kitchen, no pots to boil water. Finally had to use mugs and microwave to boil cups of water to drink or wash and brush teeth ,etc. Not even supposed to wash cups in tap water so it really spoiled our evening. The room was cramped with no luggage rack to put our suitcase on. There were drawers but we did not want to remove our clothes from the suitcase. Bathroom was small with no counter space. The shower was weird. We used the kitchen counter top for setting up our toiletries. No breakfast offered.

Rooms very clean and great to have the kitchnette. We were informed on arrival that there was an E. coli outbreak affecting the town’s drinking water. We assumed safe drinking water would be provided free of charge, but this was not the case. We were offered 300ml bottles of water at $3 each. We also asked for a kettle so we could boil water ourselves, but were advised that none were available. Aside from this, we were happy with the overall experience and the location.

Not a bad place to stay. Liked having a good size refrigerator and toaster in the room.

Room was small but comfortable. Charging customers for $2.00 for bottled water when the city water was not potable. Disgraceful that they were profiting from an unfortunate situation.

We stayed for 4 nights and had no complaints!! It’s located in a beautiful area with a lot of things close by . The staff was great . They were able to work with us on late check outs for our flights !!

The room is very small. Only one chair in the room for two people. No breakfast and daily housekeeping was not included. It was pricey, but for the area, it’s not a bad deal.

Clean and modern . Good little kitchen Small room with nowhere to open suitcases. Reason for poor score mainly because the room was ground floor overlooking pool. The window blind was too short for window offering no privacy with people walking past . Had to roll towels up along bottom.to stop people seeing in . The lights around the pool and exterior of the hotel looking onto pool are so bright and the blinds were not blocking this . It was so light we had a very poor nights sleep . Having a long drive the next day this was the most important thing for us. Ridiculously expensive for a bad nights sleep .

Superb

The room and motel had been recently redone and was very clean and the kitchenette was a nice touch. The evening staff were great. The bed was as hard as a rock. If you like a firm mattress then it's not a problem. When I complained about this, the morning staff member just told me to come up back when the manager got back. I know the prices for hotels in Jackson are really overpriced, but for the cost of a stay at this hotel the comfort and customer service should be much higher.

Clean room. Quiet. Convenient ample parking. Daily housekeeping service. Room small. Shower tiny. No complementary breakfast. No visitor accessible ice machines.

The bed was comfortable, but having an upstairs neighbor was pretty loud.

The room was not ready even though we were told it was. Had to wait for 15 minutes to complete prep. TV didn’t work, light was out in main room, no electricity in the bathroom. Staff was nasty and unprofessional. No water at all due to water problem in city but staff didn’t inform anyone for over 12 hours and offered no minimal water or assistance. We stayed in 8 different hotels on this trip and this one was the very worst by far. We left one day early due to no water but did not get a refund from hotel or Travelocity so out $350. Just a horrible place and experience

Near Jackson town

The room was tiny. It had nowhere to put your luggage. No closet. No shelves in bathroom to put things. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Small bed. TV has no streaming ability. All this for $400 a night.
