Great location, definitely for the traveler that wants to get in and get out. Sierra was very accommodating, easy to coordinate with, and very helpful.

Over all is fine, only the space is limit.

The room was clean! The staff was very friendly and helpful with any extra local things we didn’t know about! So awesome to have a kitchen in the room. All around a great place to stay and we will be back!

Check-in was a breeze, the staff was very friendly and went above expectations during each interaction! Room was clean and cozy with a nice little kitchenette. I liked the community grill area in the courtyard. Alot of folks seemed to use that space to cook and everyone was just kinda vibing! For the price and compared to the prices of everything else in Jackson, this place was a steal! Will stay again. Thanks

Clean room and extra friendly and helpful staff!

1. Bed was rock-hard like a slab of concrete. 2. Pillows were flat and deflated. No support whatsoever. 3. Room was way too small. There was no counter space in the bathroom and the two of us didn't even have room to unpack our belongings. 4. Woken up early by neighbors upstairs stomping around. I understand this isn't the properties fault, but there wasn't much sound insulation from upstairs. Good thing we only stayed one night.

Loved this property. The kitchenette is so well equipped, the pool and BBQ areas are lovely. Very clean and comfortable. 10/10

Easy check-in and the price was probably the most affordable in the Jackson area. The room was small and very basic, but super clean and worked great for my needs. Coffee bar in the office and the hotel is a short drive from downtown eateries/stores. Great location, good price, and comfortable stay!

The 3 days we were onsite, no tv or internet was available to us unless we did our work (emails) at the office. Ask for a room close To the office, maybe you get into the network.

The beds are not comfortable and the sheets are coarse. The room was clean and the staff are very friendly and polite. Overall it was just okay.

El hotel bonito, limpio y buenas camas. El personal atento en todo momento. Café y té y agua disponible. Secadora de pelo a solicitud. Lo único es que regresamos a las 4:00 al hotel y no habían hecho la habitación. Pero todo lo demás perfecto y muy agradable. Es la segunda ver que nos hospedamos aquí.

Excellent stay at The Jackson SouthTown! The room was spotlessly clean, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. The property was very well maintained and the amenities were great. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Jackson — a wonderful experience overall.

The room was very clean but I felt d not like the fact that the hotel was set up like a motel. It felt unsafe to sleep. I had issues with my reservation as the room I booked was given to someone else. They “ upgraded “ me to an ADA studio with full beds that did not fit us and they refused to give us a different room or discount for their mistake stating that there were no available rooms and if we don’t check out right than it was nothing they could do. Mind you it was weekend and midnight. We contacted Expedia and no resolution was found since we ended up staying due to those circumstances. I would definitely not stay there again and advise anyone to stay away due to their unorthodox practices!
