The Lodge at Jackson Hole

The housekeeping was limited to two days per week. For such an expensive place I’d like to have had the room at least tidied up a bit each day. If you ran out of towels you had to go to the desk to retrieve more. The staff at certain times was less than helpful. I asked for help with the local bus schedule and the desk clerk sent me out to the bus stop where there wasn’t an actual schedule. Then a passenger on the bus said i should ask the clerk to simply print a schedule for me. So i went back in and told her that the schedule was not at the bus stop as she had said. Could she please print one for me, which she did, reluctantly. I don’t understand why she just didn’t do it at the beginning of the encounter. Another time i ask the front desk clerk where i would find a particular coffee shop that was supposed to be within walking distance and she told me to google it. The breakfast was exactly the same every day but pretty good for $5. But i didn’t want to eat the same thing day after day so only ate there twice during my stay.

Location was good / nearness to Jackson square, Teton .... and easy drive to Yellowstone park. Vegetarian option in restaurant even though limited was available. Hot tub air jets was not working, had to repeatedly program room keys, high priced room

Superb

Super cute boutique hotel. I love the little details like the wooden animals outside. Hotel room was clean, cozy and we loved the fireplace. Pool and jacuzzi were perfect. Everything was well maintained. If I had to change anything it would probably be the carpet. Looks a bit outdated but it’s a very minor complaint. The gym was great they had all of the state of the art equipment. Very well done! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Jackson.

The sheets were very scratchy and uncomfortable. They didn’t have housekeeping daily . Called to front desk to have towels delivered and they didn’t deliver for an hour. I had called to cancel because it had gotten so late but they delivered anyway. They said the guy delivering had lots of rooms to go to. Not service oriented at all . Will not go back . Didn’t have enough workers .

This lodge is incredibly expensive for nothing. They even charge resort fees for okay outdoor pool. During our visit (fall season), I didn't see any customer using their small outdoor pool. For $1,500/2 nights stay, the hotel didn't clean or even just refresh our room and put water bottle. The 1 good thing, the lodge offers a buffet breakfast for $5/adult. Should have been free with the $750 rate/night. I will not book this hotel (The lodge at Jackson Hole) in the future if I have the option.

Breakfast was very well done. The staff was helpful and very professional. The room was well maintained and very comfortable.

nothing Breakfast wasn’t available until 7am and there was no coffee either. Ridiculous. There were 15 people sitting in reception at 0655 waiting to get a cup of coffee. Check in time of 4pm…ordinarily one might expect to get into a room by 3pm, and while there is no obligation to make room available until official check in time, there wee again, about a dozen people waiting to check in at 3:45pm.

Location and the bar and restaurant Expensive

Based my research, and the cost of the room, I was anticipating that this was a fairly high-end hotel. I found the hotel to be average to good, and the rooms were certainly just average. The only thing good about it was the bar and lounge area. When my average cost per night for a three-night stay was $754 plus per night resort fees of $100 - I felt cheated. My guess is that I can stay in a like hotel in town for a much more reasonable fee. The hotel was not even in the middle of town!

Nice sized room. Hotel itself could use some updating. Everything was nice just looked tired and in need of a facelift,

By hotel policy, the room was only cleaned every OTHER day. This was not disclosed in the online material supplied by the hotel. Moreover, when the room was cleaned, certain items were not replaced such as coffee cups and certain towels. This was not satisfactory.

This was the most expensive room by far of my long western road trip, but had no more value than the other places we stayed. I was paying for location only. There is a 5 dollar breakfast charge, and it was no better than the free breakfasts I had gotten at the other places. The shower was complicated to operate so we got housekeeping to show us how and cancel our maintenance call. Housekeeping was very friendly and eager to help solve our problem. The front desk staff was tolerant of our presence, but I would not say friendly. Also the front desk was not open until 9 in the am. The parking lot lighting was not turned on when we arrived after dark. The entrance and the parking lot were dark and uninviting. The bed was very comfortable, the water was very hot like my husband likes, and the room is pretty.

If the price was bit less I would have rated 5. Though it's good it's expensive

Nice hotel and staff

Location near downtown Jackson Very expensive for the quality of the lodge- $800/night for an older property - very limited cleaning services.

The staff was really nice, but the hotel didn’t look quite like the photos online. The pictures make it look very modern and luxurious, but in person it felt more dated and a little dingy. The carpets had quite a few stains, and our bedding had a lot of pulled threads. The Wi-Fi also didn’t work for our entire stay, which was pretty frustrating. I was also disappointed that housekeeping only comes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. For what we paid, I expected daily cleaning. The breakfast was an extra $5 per person and didn’t start until fairly late, so since we were getting up early to go to the park, we never got to try it. The location was also just okay. It’s far enough from downtown that you’ll probably need to drive, and since it’s outside the park, the drive to many of the places we wanted to visit took an extra 30–60 minutes. Overall, the hotel wasn’t bad, but for the price, I just don’t think the value is there. The photos online made it seem much nicer than it actually was, and the lack of Wi-Fi during our entire stay was especially disappointing.

Nice large room, nearby to the downtown shops and restaurants.

Staff was not friendly and the shower didn’t work.
