The Lodge at Jackson Hole never fails to deliver. One of my favorite places to stay. The rooms are large and the facility is beautiful.

Cosy hotel a bit far out. Shuttle bus to town is excellent with a very nice driver. Reception staff not very friendly, couldn’t find my reservation and didn’t even apologise . Jacuzzi was full of sand, but the pool is nice. Sauna was switched on but not hot at all. The room was spacious but not clean ( hair in the bathroom. )

Very nice hotel, rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Great shuttle service to downtown as needed. Overall as very picky frequent travelers we were very pleased with the lodge.

The property is showing it’s age and definitely is not worth the $650 per night price tag. Our room was serviced only once in the four days we were there. The toilet seat was broken. Bird droppings were on the ledge outside the window. The pool was not cleaned and vacuumed. I would not recommend this property

Great family place! Not super fancy but very clean and well maintained. Perfect for those who want something nice but don’t want to break the bank.

We enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at The Lodge at Jackson Hole. The room was spacious, bed and pillows were comfortable and the location of the hotel was perfect for us. We also enjoyed their breakfast buffet for only $5/adult before hiking and sightseeing each day.

Good equipment and breakfast was good, free parking The only issue was the person in the reception who was rude and unfriendly the day we checked in the hotel compere the employees at the restaurant who were extremely nice and service oriented

Gorgeous Hotel! The fireplace in the lobby was very welcoming. Breakfast was great, very comfortable beds and spacious room. We loved all the added touches like wooden bears and racoons throughout the hotel getting into garbage cans, etc. Very woodsy feeling, which was great! The view from the rooms are not good. Ours overlooked the parking lot and storage area or another business. It didn't look like any of the rooms had a good view, which was disappointing as it's such a beautiful area.

Overall great place to stay in Jackson Hole. A little light on food and beverage offerings on property, but otherwise excellent.

Perfect location!

The hotel had a shuttle to downtown Jackson, however, it only had one place it would stop and pick up. The bar and restaurant were decent. It was a very nice hotel, but not a truly luxury hotel! The bartender was a great guy who we enjoyed talking with! He was very good at his job and engaging! When checking in the front desk girl was not helpful at all. We were an hour early but had been driving for many hours and she said they would text when room was ready. They did not! There were not bell boys to help with luggage. The price is way too high for what you get! The room was very nice but not extravagant. Towels were good but bathroom was not large! The breakfast servers did not speak English and didn't smile or make you feel welcome!

Super friendly staff, room was nice and great location to access Grand Teton and downtown Jackson Hole. Quiet at night, clean rooms.

The lodge was cozy and clean. Good size rooms and bathroom. I hate when a bathroom is small and you can't move around in it. Breakfast was good. I do wish it was complimentary but 5 dollars isn't bad. Staff was polite and helpful

We stayed in 5 hotels between Jackson, grand Teton and Yellowstone, and this was my kids' favorite. They loved the indoor/outdoor pool, the wooden bears everywhere, the free breakfast buffet for kids- all of it. It was such a nice place to unwind at the end of the day. It had a great laundry room too right by the pool area. Well definitely recommend this place to any friends who ask where to stay in Jackson.

The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was ok, could have been more options for the price, but it everything was well prepared and tasty. It was also a pretty good location for sight seeing in Jackson Hole (not right downtown, but only 10 minutes away by car and it was also on the busline so various ways to access the city and surrounding area. I would definitely stay again!

Front desk staff were a bit indifferent. Pleasant but not very welcome or appreciative. Again, for the $$$, would be nice to have someone say "thank you" on the way out. Breakfast buffet: Staff needs to speak English somewhat. I have Celiac Disease (gluten-free) and trying to discern if certain breakfast items were safe was next to impossible.
