The staff was so friendly and exceptional . They even let us borrow some bear spray just in case so we didn't have to buy it . The bfast was really good and fresh every day. Wish it was a little less per night- it is SO expensive anymore to go to Jackson we hardly go anymore.

I checked in around 6:00 PM on September 28th. The front desk staff was very unfriendly, providing only a brief overview of the hotel before handing over the key cards. Later, when an issue arose with the dryer and I asked for help, the staff member showed a terrible attitude. This was the worst hotel employee I have ever encountered in the United States, and someone like this can completely ruin a hotel's reputation. Furthermore, this hotel does not have an elevator. Guests are forced to carry their own heavy luggage up to the second or third floor. Even when dealing with elderly guests, the hotel offers zero assistance, which is extremely disappointing.

Older motel but room was clean and had all the necessary amentities. No elevator and was difficult to haul your luggage up to 2nd or 3rd floors. Breakfast was fine and pretty typical. High priced for our stay, but it was Jackson and nothing there is reasonable.

It was obvious the ceiling had leaked before. Very annoying and disturbing.

With disabilities. Noone to help take luggage up the stairs. Laundry going all night in the hallway.

It’s a nice place to sleep. Best mattresses. Toilets were very low. Nice little breakfast snack area. Very close to downtown. Good truck parking. Would def stay here again.

It was our first time visiting Jackson and we had a blast! The hotel is so close to everything and made it very convenient for us!

Not a great deal of positive to say! The floors/ceilings were so noisy, it was a nightmare. You could hear every movement in the room above. The hotel is also very dated. No lift was a pain being on the 2nd floor with a bad knee. The breakfast was one of the worst we had on our trip, very basic.

The staff helped me out in a crunch of time and helped me get a room in short notice. I found myself in a situation where I had no where to stay and the Wyndham had a open room for me. And I was able to get a room in a quick amount of time. The room was very clean and had everything I need. Thanks to the staff.
