Super 8 by Wyndham Jackson Hole

Comfortable beds, minimal breakfast options, good place to stay traveling through from the national parks and pleasantly surprised even though the hotel is at the budget friendly end of very high prices in Jackson. It served our needs.

I know it was summertime; and I know that there are many travelers headed to the Tetons and Yellowstone, but the price was outrageous!

Our room was ok, the bed was comfortable and clean. The shower left a lot to be desired, and water temperature kept changing from hot to cold, so you’d be scalding one moment and freezing the next. It also had the faint smell of cigarettes in a non-smoking room. The next morning we came down for the ‘full breakfast’ at hatched been promised, it was some stale packaged muffins, dry cereal with only a whole milk option, and some juice. We ended up driving down the road to have breakfast at another hotel restaurant that was quite delicious. Overall, I expected more. I reserved a room months in advance and expected more for $300 per night, and was also charged just shy of $400 with no explanation. I asked for a receipt at check in and he just said “you’ll get one.” and I never did.

Staff are helpful. No elevator for three floors. Clean.

The location was convenient to the Park & nearby grocery stores. We will stay here again next year when we come back to the Park.

Never could get the TV to work, but it didnt matter as we were tired and watched things on our phones lol. I walked down to get something from the truck and the counter was still busy so I didnt even bother him over a TV. Although im sure he would've had it taken care of. Coffee maker in room, clean No elevator. I think it has 3 floors, maybe 4, so be mindful of that,

Clean, quiet room. Friendly staff. Washer and dryer amenities were appreciated, as was the single use detergent in the vending machine.

There is no elevator. Being on the 3rd floor, you'd have to be mobile to stay in this motel. There was a person in the front who was willing to help carry your luggages up to your room, though.

This property exceeded our expectations. They had daily cleaning and inspection of the room by Housekeeping Staff, an excellent early morning breakfast, and responsive employees. It is centrally located in Jackson Hole, close to restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend.

The manager was helpful in addressing the broken AC.

Good location if you’re just passing through. Check in was quick. Room was ok. We were on the first floor and you could not close the shade all the way. Kids riding their bikes outside the window. First floor should always have ability to completely close it. Breakfast was a bit chaotic. Not much room to move and garbage cans overflowing. Some items gone but so many people in a tight space we just grabbed something quick and left. Glad it was just one night.

The sheets were clean and the shower was hot. Not much more to say.

Free internet and breakfast was expected, but we were delightfully surprised when we were offered hot popcorn and Fresh cookies 😃

Way overpriced for what you get

The room A/C unit would make a very load noise when it would turn on. So had to turn it off so we could get some sleep.

The building is quite dated and fixtures are old. The floor creaks and the bath and sink drainage are slow. The pillows definitely need replacement.
