We enjoyed our stay. Full of families and pets with a huge courtyard in the middle of the property with live music, line dancing class, outdoor service bar, firepits with smores, kids playing.. I can't wait to bring my grandkids back there.

Good location and amenities

Nice place,I will stay at the Virginian again

We were given a room that backed to a trailer park. It was extremely loud outside and didn’t feel safe with that many people right outside our window. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear every step about you. Cleaning staff knocked on our door at 8:30am although checkout wasn’t until 10am. Also checkin staff were rude and mocked booking through a 3rd party such as Hotels.com. I would not recommend this hotel. Pool and restaurant were the best part.

Location was great

The Virginian is the cutest place. Great for families. The staff is probably the most hospitality hotel staff I have ever encountered. I can not recommend this place enough!
-
Location for the park. Bar and restaurant are quite limited.

Open space in the middle of the “motel” units (includes pool, open play area, picnic area, fire pits) makes for a relaxing vacation! The Virginian restaurant was also great to have on site. My only complaint is that there should be a designated area for dogs…not the play area where there are barefoot children.

Beautiful grounds. Room was classy. Everything onsite - restaurants, bar, great patio with a Mountain view. My favorite place I’ve ever stayed. The price was INSANE! Like $900 a night. It is the only thing that soured the experience.

I’ve stayed here prior, so I knew what to expect. The courtyard is a nice space and pretty quiet considering the property is next to Broadway. You can easily walk into town. The bed is nice. At night the room is dark with working a/c. If you need better coffee, the lobby has coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and ice water all the time. In the evening, they have several outdoor fire pits. You can get a s’mores kit from the front desk. It is disappointing only one spa was working and it was full of children. Where are their parents? Day drinking on their phones. One spa needs to be adults only, that’s of course if both are working. The pool is on the cool side. It used to be warmer. The room is small without a microwave. The frig is tiny, hidden behind a cabinet door. Think twice if your bringing back a doggie bag. When your charged over $900 a night, the expectations reflect that price.

The outdoor space was phenomenal! The cost—but likely just an expensive area to stay.

There are several great restaurants within walking distance, which made dining easy and enjoyable. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. The Thursday night line dancing was so much fun, and the live music at the bar created a great atmosphere to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and it made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Location was good and facilities were excellent. Loved the pool and hot tub, fire pit at night Difficult to exit property onto 191. Waited at least 10 minutes for traffic to clear
-
Very clean inside and out
-
The Virginian is a functional place to stay in uber popular Jackson Hole. It is not exceptional. The facility is tired, and even with updated bathrooms, it feels old and rustic. Card key system is antiquated, mattress uncomfortable, etc.
-
Nice rooms, very clean property, staff was all very helpful and friendly.
-
Backyard is picturesque!
-
Place was amazing, burger joint was good.. coffee - ugh but I’m spoiled so for the average coffee drinker it would not bother them .. def recommend and would stay again! Thanks guys!

The hotel was very old and is in need of an overhaul. Our room was clean and parking was easy, but I was thankful this was a one night stay only. For $550 a night and a $28 resort fee, there needs to be serious refurbishments in the rooms.
