Hotel doesn't hold luggage, charged me a high fee for early check in, no benefits or courtesy for Hilton members. Snack and food prices were over $20. I guess when there are no much options available you have to go with what you find, but definitely will not be a future hotel choice.

Restaurant closed upon arrival, hot water and plumbing didn't work. After long hours of travel, and email to give a heads up wouldve been great or a discount to the room....but nothing was taken off the room

My husband and I have stayed in many hotels in the USA because we travel from Guyana often and this is by far the best hotel we’ve stayed at, the hotel is clean and the staff is courteous and we like that there’s an indoor restaurant and bar. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience with the airport shuttle service. It took the shuttle driver an hour and a half to pick me up from the airport. During that time, I called the hotel at least six times to ask for an update, and each time I was simply told that the driver was “on the way.” It was 3:00 a.m., and being left waiting that long with no accurate information was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I hope the hotel improves its shuttle service and communication with guests.
