Hilton New York JFK Airport (CLOSED)

Proximity to the airport and the restaurants for those individuals who know the area well, otherwise, difficult for others whom are not familiar with the location. The rooms were EXTREMELY outdated, lacked lighting and space, and the sink began leaking where black sludge was removed from the bottom that even when fixed the HORRIBLE smell still lingered for days afterward. Secondly, if you are DISABLED (WHEELCHAIR USER) or in need of assistance due to any PHYSICAL DISABILITY there is no one there to offer help when needed, The fire alarm went off one evening, leaving myself and my caretaker in a stairwell with rude hotel guests making comments when I tried asking for help on a higher floor I was placed on and upon FINALLY getting in touch with someone at the front desk twenty minutes later firemen were sent to the wrong location only after learning it was a false alarm.

The hotel had a restaurant which was convenient as we traveled to the hotel from Delaware. Location was convenient to JFK in the morning, no taxi was needed, and the shuttle service was a bonus. Overall a good stay for one night. I heard that the hotel was closing. That's too bad I would have stayed here again when I travel out of JFK.

Location Hotel was closing down in 3 days and they didnt inform at the time of booking... breakfast was not as per hilton standard...

The location was good. You can actually walk up to Rockaway Blvd in about 10 minutes. The Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful/informed. No complaints.

out side the parking and the restaurant for breakfast I reserved for a king size bed but they gave me 2 queen . They refuse to change it to the correct bed size. The tub was not draining after shower . The parking is not free anymore, you have to pay everyday.

for the phonecall it took 20 minutes to be picked up. after waiting for 45 minutes another shuttle bus had merci with us 7 people waiting and delivered us to the hotel. one could feel that you were about to close down the hotel in december. it hurts the „ Hilton „ name tremondrously

Staff behaviour and Internet service

Proximity to the restaurants and airport, and the restaurant on site. The rooms were dirty and had a very musty scent, along with the bathroom sink leaking yet again like it did my first time there, leaving my wheelchair foot plate and bathroom floor drenched. When the maintenance man came to repair it, the worse smelling pitch black sludge came out from it making the room smell like the entire night while having the door shut. There is also very little to almost no outlets for appliance usage anywhere in the rooms, along with the room being poorly lit and the overall sticky feeling all surfaces had which first thing I did was use an entire pack of cleansing wipes to disinfect.

Location easy fro JFK Run down property first room they gave me no working AC and sheets dirty. Then not enough staff so I had to return to desk and get new room AGAIN no help with luggage ...staff at desk was busy chatting didn't greet me I had to interrupt

Shuttle bus to from airport Break fast should have been included on the price I paid

It’s the worst experience I’ve had , also when I booked the 2 rooms breakfast was included, but when I had my breakfast the charge me for it!! The staff was not professional and no one take our bags too our rooms because there is no bell boy and no security!!

Location to airport Noisy Air Con unit and overall the hotel is dated

The hotel offers a shuttle service but there was only one driver working today and several guests were very upset because they had to take an UBER to reach the airport. We were on time and waited but had to wait in a long queue of people outside the hotel in the cold. In general the staff was not kind and welcoming as you would expect it from a Hilton.

Location Gym is needing upgrade and had a problem with plumbing with shower and toilet.

The location serves its purpose. Checked in late night to catch a flight back late morning. The check-in experience was very poor. The staff almost pretended as though I'm not at the reception.

No one told us there was an airport shuttle either. We saw it depart as we were getting into the Lyft we ordered. So disappointing. Close to the airport for our early flight
