The sheets were dirty and the staff was slow to respond to the issue. It took three to four phone calls to the front desk and more than an hour to get the sheets replaced.

Waited from on Saturday 1:07 am till 1:55 am to be picked up by shuttle bus. Hotel staff was kind and too efficient, was charged twice for bill which was paid in full prior to stay, however the representative was quick to handle the issue. Good customer service on his part.

I’m not satisfied with the services in the hotel. Only coffee machine in the room,No available kettle inside to warm a water for those who doesn’t drink coffee. If you need one,you still have to go nearby the reception as no one will deliver in the room. Incomplete toiletries also,no shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste so I still have to call to have some.Things inside the room is quite dusty might be because it’s close to the main road so expect to hear also the hustle and bustle of vehicles.Airport shuttle is good except for the fact that I was freezing outside since I waited for almost an hour before shuttle finally came to pick me up.
