We never got a room and refused to honour our prepaid room. The front desk guy did nothing to accommodate our situation. We eventually had to leave and find somewhere else.

Pam was a great help Poor breakfast, horrible coffee, crappy room, no pool

I booked a room for 3 nights on Expedia. When I arrived for my reservation, the room I was booked into lacked a refrigerator, which was a necessity for my stay. I went to the front desk, and she promptly put me into another room. Unfortunately, when I opened up the door, I was greeted by the smell of cigarettes in a non-smoking room. I went back to the front desk and she booked me into yet another room. Upon opening the door to the third room, it was dirty; bed unmade, articles of clothing and trash littered around the room. I went back to the front desk and they didn't have a room to book me into. So, I took it upon myself to go to another hotel. I asked for a refund and she said she wouldn't be able to help me because her manager had to do that. I called Expedia and explained the situation to them and they said they would have to contact the hotel directly. I recently got an email from Expedia saying they were unable to contact the property and would not refund me. So, I have been charged for the damage deposit and for the a stay that I never stayed at.

Very much enjoyed my stay. Understandably they’re renovating, but even so it was a very comfortable hotel, with a very nice room. Also, shout out to Pam at reception for being one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met.

The front office Woman was absolutely precious with amazing service. The breakfast did not have coffee, or juice, no bowls for cereal, no butter for the bagels and toast. The waffle mix was out and then when it was filled, was clumpy. Tables were dirty.

Nothing Service was horrible

Just went turkey hunting.

I went in looked at my room went to the front desk and asked for a refund and left

I liked the location and also the parking space! Very convenient Unfortunately our front desk agent wasn’t as helpful as we expected

Property was under construction with no warning. Pool was closed with no notice. Kids were running through the halls and taking the elevator up and down with seemingly no supervision. The room itself was clean, however, if we’re ever in the area looking for a room for the night, we will choose other options over Sleep Inn & Suites.

First stay no deposit required. Second time they made me pay a cash deposit which I think is weird.

Hotel is "under renovation" however, the room we checked into had wads of hair all over the bathroom floor, blood splatters on the comforter of the bed and plaster was literally falling off the walls. It was so disgusting, we checked out 10 minutes after checking in.

The hotel is undergoing a HUGE renovation. The staff (especially the new manager) went out of their way to make us happy and comfortable. I was disappointed that the pool was not open (renovation) since that was one of the things that I filtered for.
-
The staff was amazing. They are renovating so it’s dusty and a little chaotic and has a grandma house smell. But overall, it’s a decent hotel at a decent price.
-
No pool to enjoy, place was under construction and no shampoo available. Would really like a refund as nothing was mentioned about the pool or construction and I booked it for my child to swim.
-
Pool under construction too! But the front desk gal was very nice and helpful. Don’t expect a real breakfast except for a waffle and juice.

I stayed April 17-19. This hotel is under construction but that wasn't the worst part of it. There was nail polish, that looked like blood, spilled all over the bathroom. No trash can in the bathroom, no tissue paper and the paint was badly chipped. The carpet had numerous stains and damage. There were 2 pillows for a king size bed. Staff was friendly in helping me locate some additional pillows but was told they were sold out and had to take some from another room. Idk. The room itself was so disgusting, I didn't bother to stay the third night that I had booked. When I went to leave at 9 AM, staff was nowhere to be found, even after ringing the bell, to lodge any complaints in person. Super disappointing -- will never recommend.

I booked my Thursday when I got into town that Friday night. They gave my room away. I showed them my reservation confirmation. They said they didn’t have a room to put me in and will issue me a refund. I talked to management one time after the situation and never heard from them again and I never got my refund.
