AC Hotel Kansas City Plaza

The staff was wonderful and helpful. True Midwest hospitality. Everything was clean. Well maintained. Location was perfect. The only complaint is

A lot of construction going on in and around the area, which was very disconcerting. Our mattress in our room was so soft and so overused it was extremely uncomfortable and we did not get a good night sleep for the two nights that we were there. Staff seemed as though we were interrupting them and kind of bossy. Would not stay at this location ever again

Wonderful hotel. Rooms were nice, bed and pillows soooo comfy, and the front desk staff were very nice and very helpful. Will stay here again.

I didn’t care for the facility due to some idiots kicked on my door all times of the evening through the early morning. To there credit they did catch clowns and removed them from the facility and refunded me for that evening.

Great place

There’s nothing to like at this establishment. They try and charge extra for parking. They are located inside area that’s covered with construction on the bad side of town. Zero customer service the staff does not care about people staying there, and in fact it does not want them to be there

Hotel was great! But the construction around it was bad and the instructions I got from hotel was totally wrong. I wish they could update their instructions. I hope that construction will be ended soon.

Decent room. Good clean daily housekeeping. $24 charge every night for parking and the $11 daily food charge was a bit much. Roaches in the ice machine was a bad look. Bagels and no cream cheese is a travesty. No EV charger or even an electrical outlet for a daily $24 doesn’t add up for me. For a quick stay it is a decent spot. The staff tried hard.

Nice Hotel

As soon as you walk in, it smells amazing in there, it was a breathe of fresh air after traveling. The front desk staff was so sweet & waved our parking fee since it was our first time staying there. The room was nice & bed was sooo comfy! The location of this hotel is perfect if you love nightlife. So many bars & food options just 2 blocks up the street. Next time I visit KC, I will be booking this hotel again :)

It was very convenient to the bars at Westport. There's very little privacy between the bathroom and sleeping area. It seems design took precedence over functionality. Also, there was a lot of noise bleed between my room and neighboring room. I could hear their conversation while they spoke in a normal voice.

Room was clean and the shower was amazing.

The hotel was in a good location

The staff was very kind!! Loved the room!

Nice little place, very well located, but the bathroom was, in my opinion, poorly designed. The towel rack mounted in the back of the shower prevented the door from opening more than about 8”. I’m a pretty small female but I had to turn sideways and squeeze in to enter the shower stall. Definitely would not have worked for a big guy.
