AC Hotel Kansas City Plaza

Stay was great I would definitely stay here again!

My stay was great other than I did not have enough towels. The staff was supposed to get me more but I guess she forgot.

The first room did not appear to be completly clean and was not in great shape as the floor was damaged, the deadbolt was stuck open so the door wouldn't shut, and it needed a fresh coat of paint etc. I alerted the staff and was immediately moved to a room on the second level that was the same room but in much better shape. This process was relatively painless, and the rest of the stay was very positive. The hotel is in a good location and close to a lot of bars and restaurants, all walkable. I would stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at the AC Hotel Kansas City Plaza. The room was excellent—very clean, modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Everything was functional and well maintained, making my stay both relaxing and convenient. The hotel has a contemporary feel, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kansas City. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything and location Breakfast didn’t have eggs and bacon as was showed in the promotional video. The breakfast was very poor.

The AC was a really nice stay in downtown KC in Westport area very nice and our Concierge David's amazing did a great job of showing hospitality and a joyful staff member as a go too!

Very friendly and professional staff at the front desk. Very clean lobby. Room was clean. Floor needed a little maintenance. The light switches didn’t turn anything on except for the bathroom light switch. Lamps well lit the hotel room anyway. Overall good stay I would stay here again

Reconsidering AC and even Expedia after this experience.

Seems to always be construction, maintenance, or something going on but super nice staff and convenient location.

Bed was comfortable Spent 45 minutes trying to get to the location when I should’ve been five minutes. So many barricades and road closures we were not warned about ahead of time. Once we got there, they told us they would not have their regular breakfast in the morning, even though I had already paid extra for it on your app. Then they told us that parking would be extra even though it wasn’t listed on your app. Once we got to our room, the TV didn’t work and when I told the man at the front desk, he said oh yeah, we had a power outage a couple of days ago. THEY KNEW IT WASN’T WORKING! I asked him why he wasn’t telling customers that when they checked in or discounting their stay.
